The best parts about this salon are Jessica and their prices. She worked so well with me and fit me in, knew what she was doing, and was very nice. Their prices are reasonable and for those with a strict budget around $ 1,000 should definitely make an apt. I sadly didn’t end date up getting my gown here not for any other reason then another place had my dream dress in stock so I could try it on. They were great and I would recommend this salon.

This is a nice shop but not a lot of selection. We weren’t helped as much as in other shops although the girls were nice.

My wedding dress shopping experience was amazing thanks to Dreamnette! I got engaged in July and we set a date for December this year so we had 5 months to get everything done. My mom planned a day for us to start with Dreamnette then try Alfred Angelo and David’s Bridal. I was skeptical but after the warm greeting we received I was more open. My consultant was so sweet and listened to everything I wanted and pulled tons of different styles. She allowed me to spend as much time as I wanted in each dress and gave her opinion when I felt confused. It was so hard to pick because I felt special in every dress! She was very helpful in getting me to narrow it down to what I liked as far as fit and style. I found a few dresses that I loved but I never felt like I was being pushed to purchase. I decided to set a few aside and move on to Alfred Angelo. I spent about 30 minutes there and wanted to leave so badly. The service was subpar and the dresses were so dirty I didn’t want to put them on anymore so we left. We headed back to Dreamnette because I had one dress I couldn’t get out of my head! My same consultant was there and they were happy to fit me for my dream dress and gift me with a beautiful veil as well. I felt so special thanks to the ladies there! I have my fitting at the end of this month and can’t wait to see my dress!

I went to this store before going to any other including miosa’s downtown and this was hands down the best store! Great gowns, affordable, and great customer service. I will be brining my sister back for her wedding! Thank you for making my dress shopping so easy!

I had done some research before i went dress shopping in june. All the dresses I liked I found on their website. Their website was very easy to understand. Each of their collections had its own tab. Which made it easy for me to pin point what designer I liked. I made an appointment, brought in print outs of my top favorites, they went through them with me and told me which ones they had in stock at the time. They were super helpful and I was so excited to say yes to the dress. I can’t wait until I can go pick it up!

I was so happy with my experience here. I bought my dress in February, and I found it on the first day. I didn’t know what kind of dress I wanted, wasn’t interested in being a bride-​zilla, and didn’t want to spend a fortune on something I would only wear once. I set a budget of $ 500 and crossed my fingers. My aunt called around to places to see who could offer dresses in that range and found Dreamnette, among a few others. I found two dresses I really loved. I was helped by a young girl who was quiet but really nice, helped me find dresses in my size and budget, and was helpful but not pushy at all. I tried on only dresses for sale off the rack and two or three stood out in my mind. After Dreamnette we went to David’s bridal where, over the course of two weekends, I tried on probably 20 – 25 dresses. They weren’t awful, but nothing felt special. Everything felt generic. After David’s Bridal round 2, I went back to Dreamnette and could immediatey feel the difference… The gowns are a beautiful quality and feel amazing. I picked my dress, and with help from my sister I went a wee bit over budget, out the door for $ 695, however they have a deal with Tuxedo Den and the discount on the tuxes was essentially equal to the amount I went over budget. And in any case dress retails for $ 1700 dollars and they offered me a discount on top of the markdown, so prices on the rack are negotiable. I spent about $ 300 on alterations with my local tailor, and so in the end it was about $ 1000 total. It is a lot of money to spend on one day, but I really felt so beautiful and it was so much more special than I ever expected. Thank you Dreamnette!

For the last couple of years that I’ve shopped at TJMaxx I’ve fantasized about coming to Dreamnette for my wedding dress– they’ve always had such pretty dresses in their windows and I thought that surely they’d have a style that would be perfect for me. But after coming here for my very first dress appointment, I can actually understand how some women go from calm, collected individuals, to full-​on a**hole bridezillas.
When my grandmother and I arrived, we were greeted by a young girl who seemed somewhat interested in the styles we were looking for, but were abruptly interrupted by another girl who glanced at my phone, went «uh huh, uh huh, look over here» and shoved us in a corner of the store. No one tried to pull dresses for us, she just kept pointing at princess gown after princess gown, after I repeatedly told her «I don’t want a princess gown, I want something like this» /​shows her my phone. «How about this» /​points at another princess gown «but I don’t want a princess gown!» «Oh of course, what about this?» /​points at another princess gown «I DON’T WANT A BLEEPING PRINCESS GOWN!!!»
Ok so no, I didn’t yell at her, but in my head, I was shouting expletives loud enough to crack the windows. She wouldn’t listen to me, she wouldn’t even pause to talk to me about what I was looking for or why a poofy gown wouldn’t look right on me (duh I’d drown in the dresses she was showing us)
The girl seemed annoyed that we weren’t interested in any of the stupid, frilly, over-​the-​top gowns she kept shoving at us, so she finally points at their sample rack and says «maybe you’ll find something in there.» We looked at a few of the dirty, frumpy, matronly dresses they had, took a heavy sigh and walked right out.
These people weren’t even trying to make a sale. What we were asking for wasn’t some crazy difficult style– a Grecian style dress, or a sleek and sexy fit and flare dress seems straight forward enough– Every other bridal shop has tons of these. But the girls we encountered this day were completely uninvolved, uncaring and flatout frustrating to deal with. We actually left kind of heartbroken. My very first wedding dress appointment and I felt totally discouraged and bummed out.
I hope no one else has to experience that kind of let down, and I will never ever consider wasting my time at Dreamnette again.

From the beginning, we were excited and impressed by the options and prices they offered. So we decided to order 9 bridesmaid dresses with an additional 3 grooms girl dresses. We were told at that time to ensure our girls come in at least 4 months prior to get fitted. From there, it all went down hill…
We had to have our girls go in around christmas because Dreamnette forgot/​failed to tell us that the dress we wanted was discontinued as of December 31, 2014. But our girls weren’t planning on going in until the first week of January. Thank goodness we found out from another vendor out of state, otherwise we would not have been able to order our dresses for everyone. We would have had to change them and too short of notice and may have been without dresses.
When we addressed this situation with the owner, she took no accountability and had the nerve to blame us for our girls coming in so late, even though 4 months before would have been january! She said it was not up to her to tell us and she was too busy and we should be checking in. WOW, are you serious? So she made it obvious she didn’t care. But we were in too deep, so after dealing with me instead of my wife, i made sure she rectified the problem. But we had to rush all girls in there by Christmas to get it taken care of which was a huge inconvenience and an unexpected expense during the holidays.
Then they failed to order 2 other dresses on time, therefore they had to order a generic size and alter the crap out of them. Dreamnette took ownership here and didn’t charge the alteration costs, but that was making up for all their mistakes in the first place.
Our dresses looked great no thanks to this place. They get the second star for comping the alterations on the dresses they ordered late. Otherwise would be a one star review all the way. Poor ownership and poor leadership here. And how dare you blame your customers, knowing this is one of the most important times of their lives, i should have never told my wife to stop dealing with the owner here. And i had to step in just to get anything done. Go somewhere else. Look at all the recent reviews, their stars are dropping quite fast. Not surprised.

Okay so i went here to try to find bridesmaid dresses, i wanted to venture out from the whole standard davids bridal, and alfred angelo that roseville has to offer. I found that their dresses were okay, but since some of my bridesmaids really liked a few I decided everyone could get a dress here and pick something that fit their style. I was told 3 – 4 months. and told all my bridesmaids to have their orders in by september 1 (knowing some of them might slack give or take a few days) I also asked the girl at the front desk to order the dresses as they come in, not as a group because i didnt know if some people were that serious about being a bridesmaid (since they lived out of town) the sales girl said no problem. After my MOH went in to order her dress she was the 2^nd one to, she notified me that she had lost their size sheet and we had to have everyone call in and re-​give their sizes. flash forward it is now March 19^th I called in february and asked where the dresses were. come to find out they ordered them as a group, not individually and didnt place the order until october. when the last girl ordered on sept 3^rd.. she said march 13^th they will definately be in. so i called today spoke with the owner she said it shipped march 13!!! my wedding is in a month and 2 weeks and we dont have the dresses. I also verbalized my feelings with the owner who did not apologize, and took no accountability for the situation. Im so stressed. i just dont understand how this can happen when they were ordered so far in advance. please please please do not go here for bridesmaid dresses unless you want added stress on your wedding planning.

My first visit was great. The owner was extremely helpful helping me find the right color and fabric for my bridesmaid’s dresses. She spent a lot of time with me trying to find the color green I wanted and had a huge selection.
On my second visit I wasn’t as happy. We had a young girl helping us with the fittings of the bridesmaid’s dresses and she basically just disappeared for the entire booked appointment. Also they did not have the actual dresses for the girls to try on. It was a very strange experience.
That said the dresses were gorgeous when they came in. They were exactly what I wanted!

I had a great time shopping for my wedding dress at this location. I had quite a few family members with me, and we were all treated very well and the staff was very friendly. I tried on several dresses and the attendant was very helpful. We ended up purchasing a wonderful dress. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for someone to really help them shop for their dress.

Went earlier in the year shortly after getting engaged. Decided on a whim to go after work and called to see if I could do a last minute walk in. It was a random weekday evening so they allowed me to walk in.
The service was really great and the lady was very helpful in helping me try different styles to find what I might like. I was unsure of what I might like when I went in. They had a great area with mirrors to see how the dresses look. And there was no sales pressure in getting anything since they knew I was just starting my search.
I ended up finding my wedding dress somewhere else but think this place had a good selection and great service. Some of the dresses were a wee bit pricey but very nice selection.

I would in no shape or form recommend this store. The nightmare started when I went with a couple of my bridesmaids to look for/​try on dresses. The sales person helping us said «Good news!» because my girls would get 50% off of their dresses because of the brand I bought for my dress. I thought that was wonderful! As we looked, I asked what the shipping time was, she said 4 — 6 weeks. I thought… even better! I verified with the sales person when she said 4 — 6 weeks because it sounded too good to be true. Things were looking great! So, fast forward…
The dresses were NOT 50% off. She was wrong. They were only 10% off. I only found this out AFTER picking a $ 240 dress. Ok. Fine. We can deal with that. Then, when one of my girls called in, they couldn’t find my bride’s sheet with all of the ordering information. On top of all that, the «4 — 6 weeks» turned out to be a completely WRONG as well. Here it is, less than two and a half months before my wedding, and NOW they’re telling me that it takes 3 — 6 MONTHS. I guess that this is about average, but I didn’t know that. I was relying on the fact that they salesperson was giving me correct information. Rather than own up to the mistakes, the owner Jeannette actually ARGUED with me. She said that «no one» would ever say that. I’m sorry, but I would not make that up. She said she would call me back after reaching out to some distributors. She went ahead and had one of her employees call me back to tell me there were no options rather than actually take ownership of what had happened. I am BEYOND disappointed.
Here I am… a bride with no bridesmaids dresses.

I’m a Maid of Honor in two weddings and have now been to numerous places helping my friend and sister look for gowns. This store is clean and beautiful, but the girl helping us was awful. Whenever the bride got a dress on, she couldn’t find the girl to help her put the clamps on the back. We had to wait on the girl and wasted a lot of time. She was not attentive at all to the bride to be. Then, as the bridesmaids and the mother of the bride were analyzing a dress we all did not like, she said to the bride «they’re all being mean, just pick one that you like.» She also kept interrupting conversation between the mother and the bride to be. She was just very unprofessional compared to the other places we had visited. She also told the bride and mother of the bride that they had a high turnover of employment of consultants, which she probably should have kept to herself.

Jeanette and her staff were incredibly helpful, and beyond wonderful. She let us walk in and try on dresses without an appointment, we showed told her our budget, and showed us the dresses on sale, and found two incredible dresses in my size. I left with an amazing dress in my price range without any pressure to buy today or any other day. Very happy and would recommend to any friend or family member. I felt right at home here, and for me, that says a lot, because most bridal places make you feel pressured and or talk you into something your not sure of.

Jeanette and her team provide very high quality service. I came here about a year ago by myself for my first wedding dress experience to try on a wedding dress that I thought I wanted. After I tried it on, I realized that online wedding gown manufacturers must do some magical trickery with their photos. Lucky for me Jeanette pulled a couple of extra dresses — the second dress that she picked is my wedding dress. I really appreciated her laid back style — not pushy at all! The girls in her shop are very friendly, and her seamstress has impeccable work!!! Granted the selection might not be huge, but that didn’t affect me at all. Big selections are a bit overrated as far as I’m concerned.

This was my first stop of 3 appointments for bridal dresses. Upon coming here, i was pretty excited because it looked like a big store with a lot of selection from the reviews. I was in and out in 15 minutes.
When we first came in, we had to wait for them to do paperwork? I mean we’re not buying the dress yet, i don’t understand the time it took to do paperwork. Once we were done with that, the girl said we can look around and see what we liked. She was not at all helpful. She kind of just stood there as i was looking for anything in my style. She didn’t offer to help look for a dress, it wasn’t like she was busy and we were the only ones in the store.
They do not have popular designer brands and they are very limited in 1 or 2 designers it felt like. It was a very small selection of dresses and the price range was pretty high. They could improve on their customer service. I would not recommend this place.

I first went to David’s Bridal and felt like I was really being pushed into buying everything they offered. From the undergarments and dress to the veil and alterations, everything was adding up quick. We decided to try out Dreamnette after hearing about it through a neighbor. I was very surprised to find that I didn’t need any undergarments with the dresses I tried on and they fit perfectly. I had such a hard decision after trying on just four dresses. They all were made of the best quality and fabric. The set up of the store was great as well. I walked out of the dressing room, and stood on a pedestal for my close family and friends to see the dress. There was also a large trifold mirror in order to see all angles of the dresses.
What I liked even better was the customer service! I needed to try on a dress (that laced) a second time in order to make a decision and the sales consultant helping me was more than happy to assist me in lacing up the dress again. I was so happy with my experience at this store and the people running it that I will tell all my friends getting married to go to this salon.

From the bridesmaid point of view, this place is great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and there are very many styles to choose from. It’s a very small little boutique, but the girls can help you with all your needs and have a keen eye with accessorizing.
There’s plenty of seating for any girls (or guys) that are accompanying you, and the mirror is huge! Ordering does take time though, so if you find a dress you like there, make sure you don’t wait too long to order.
I would definitely recommend this place to any bride to be I know.

So I’m the bride and I’m going place to place. This was my 2^nd place on my list to shop. When coming the place, it’s pretty small and it’s a small selection. I gave it a try. I was skeptical at first but browsed around and tried on a few dresses. Well the first dress was great and my personal favorite.
The place has seating for your guest and a show area for the bride to show off the gown. Although the customer service was alright. They offered help, but my friend had to help me in and out of the dresses. Compared to my first stop at Alfred Angelo, the customer service was alright.
But it’s definitely a store to look for the perfect one. you never know!
