Good Feet

I went in today and was helped by Marc. He took nearly an hour helping me try on several orthotics/​shoes. In the end, he felt that the problem in my foot might not be helped by the orthotics they offer. I was very impressed by his helpful attitude, and very much appreciated that he didn’t try to sell me *anything* that I didn’t need — that he wasn’t very sure would help me. His honesty and friendliness was very refreshing, and I highly recommend you go see him. I will be going back as soon as my immediate pain problem in my foot is resolved, because I *know* the support will benefit my entire frame.

I went into the store looking for some relief from my achey feet! I often stand for more than 6 hours straight at work, and my feet, legs, and back were really feeling it. At 21, I knew that I needed to make a change before I did any long term damage! Anthony fitted me into my insoles and I ended up buying one pair of their new hybrid type of support with the lifetime refitting and some squishy shoe inserts. I know it’s expensive, but it was definitely an investment that is proving to be worth it! The difference between inserts like these and ones you can get anywhere else is the good feet store inserts actually help to IMPROVE your posture and arches!!! I love them! Highly recommend :)

I came into this store with reservations, but came out with the whole 9 yards! Anthony, who is the store manager, really knows his stuff! Ive had issues with my heels for a long time so much that it hurts to walk sometimes but with these inserts… its been a DREAM, there’s NO PAIN! WHY, didnt I go there SOONER?! Poor guy was there alone, super busy with people coming in and out but still found a way to help them with questions, returns, and us that were there to buy. If I could give hime 10 stars, I would! AMAZING customer service, and I am LOVING my inserts… its ONLY been a week and I feel like I can RUN again! Thanks ANTHONY, I love the shoes, socks, and slippers as well!!!

A warning, make sure this is what you really need before buying, because you won’t get a refund if they don’t work. I highly suggest going to a Dr. and getting a prescription and possibly having your insurance covering something that is prescribed by a Dr.
I was working at the mall and on my feet on a cement floor, my back was hurting so bad that I would be in tears by the end of my shift.
So when I went to the Good Feet they told me that the inserts would take of my pain. So I believed them and was fitted with these hard plastic inserts that didn’t fit any of my shoes. I had to buy larger shoes that either tied or had straps that stretched to fit the inserts. The inserts were hard and hurt my feet, so not only did my back still hurt, not my feet hurt.
When I went back to Good Feet they just wanted me try another set. I just wanted my almost $ 300.00 back. They don’t refund! Go see a Dr.

Had a great experience here! Anthony is the man! Excellent customer service and took his time to explain everything in detail. I now wear inserts in my soccer cleats and my daily shoes and they’re working perfectly.

My husband came here hoping it would help his painful feet. Not only did it not help– his feet are worse than they were. They don’t have a money back guarantee so he is out over $ 600 bucks! He has gone back several times to get refitted for insoles that don’t hurt his feet. He ended up at his MD and was advised to not wear the inserts. If these are so good why no money back guarantee?
Also, the people that work on these stores are sales people. They shouldn’t be recommending devices for your feet.

My experience at The Good Feet store was nothing but fabulous!!! Anthony helped me but the entire staff was friendly and very helpful. He explained everything in detail and took his time and I felt like I was the only customer. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at all! Highly recommend this business.

I was visiting the Sacramento area over Thanksgiving. Noticed a Good Feet ad on local Sacramento TV. Since my right foot was killing from walking all day on the cobblestones in «Old Town», I decided to pay a visit to The Roseville Store. It was neatly located in a shopping center with easy, ample parking. With no wait an associate, I was presented with their «helpful pitch». Although it was «script oriented perfect», it was enlightening and somewhat helpful. I listened to my options and decided not to purchase and items or services at that time. I believe that if someone knows precisely knows what they need, or want to try their solution would have been helpful. In my case, I had no idea what I needed or wanted. In addition to that, their solutions/​products seemed a bit expensive to be experimenting with. I walked out of Good Feet being more educated and aware of the complexity of my problem. I would definitely go back if I could put my finger on a product or service that Good Feet provided. Nice guys with a good attitude. Low pressure arena.

I have an inflamed ligament in my foot so I went to good feet for some inserts. Hugely exaggeratedly expensive and I’m still waiting for them to kick in and assist the repair of my foot. It’s been about a month and wearing them every day. With fingers crossed they work. Wish they didn’t cost so much I would like to send my family in but not for that price.
Sales team was very professional and knowledgable. Took a lot of time with me which was much appreciated.

I went to good feet because I was in Roseville visitying relatives and they recommended I try it for my plantar fascitis. Six months ago I woke up one day and my right foot was killing me. We had spent the weekend hiking and I was not in shape for it. I went to a podiatrist who diagnosed it as plantar fascitis, gave me some pills and fitted me for orthotics. The orthotics seemed to help a little bit but they were really hard and bulky, I wore them for a few months but it was not working and I would periodically wake up after walking a lot the day prior and it would be worse than ever. When I went into the store I was wearing my pod orthotics. Because they had everything already made in the store the tech was able to put many different ones into my shoes and I could actually feel which ones and which sizes took the pressure off and aligned me. I ended up buying the whole package because the pod one was so bulky and stiff I could only wear them in a couple different shoes. The good feet orthotics fit into all my shoes and they had ones I could exercise in and wear in sandals. It was pricey but I can go back for a different fit or size if I need to and they have a satisfaction guarantee for 60 days. It took about 3 weeks to breakin but I am now pain free… i’m pretty impressed!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Almost $ 600.00 for these inserts and I thought it would be money well spent. Now I now why they have a NO REFUND policy, it’s because it does not work. You are better off going to a «Doctor» not a teenager, and the inserts cost $ 400.00 LESS.
