Terrible service today! We had a mobile order and the girl wouldn’t even acknowledge I was standing there. After standing there for a few minutes and watching her be super rude to other customers I spoke up. Got my order I left I was afraid to ask for water and a sleeve for my hot coffee. Her attitude Just left a bad taste in my mouth! I go to Starbucks a few times a week I’ll probably try another location next time! It’s sad because the girl who is usually there wasn’t and even though she is super busy she is always super nice! It’s almost like she was annoyed with her job.

After 6 years I decided to no longer go here for my coffee needs. I will start with the Pros: friendly Batistas, convenient location, clean. Cons: They don’t understand you can’t put the lid opening in line with the crease on the cup(I missed this one time and had coffee down the front of my dress shirt), they don’t know who you are even though you go for 6 years and buy a simple Grande Pike’s with no room. I can not keep giving business to a company who doesn’t try to learn their consistent customers. If you go, make sure the lid opening is not on the crease.

This location has 2 completely different atmospheres: the entrance is more study/reading oriented, while the back side(the area where you order) is more for socialization. The staff is attentive and have more camaraderie in comparison to other locations, which can be great for entertainment but may not be as great if you want your drinks as fast as possible

Went here late November to grab a coffee and something to eat. Got a blueberry scone and it smelt odd. Since I was in the drive thru, I didn’t want to hold up the line so I drove home and when I checked it, it was black on the bottom like it had been charred or barbecued. I posted a picture on Twitter of it and they gave me a gift card to refund me for the bad experience. I went back about a week later and got one of the paninis with mozzarella, spinach, and grape tomatoes on it and it was completely spinach with like a few squirts of cheese and one slice of tiny tomato… I have had these before at different locations so I know what it’s supposed to look and taste like and this was not right lol. Plus– for even more of a laugh– it was ALSO burnt to a crisp. I was annoyed but I was like«oh whatever just f*** it! It was free anyways I guess! «, and I drove back home again. It wasn’t until the other day when j went there again, paid in cash, and got yet another burnt scone. I really don’t know why I keep going back to this location! It is ridiculous! I decided since I just made a Unilocal account that I could review on here because I guess Twitter isn’t doing the trick to make this Starbucks stop barbecuing people’s food!

My boyfriend and I both got Peppermint Mochas on our way out of town before Christmas and they were not made with enough peppermint flavoring. So we just went back in(about a week later) and let them know that we weren’t satisfied and they replaced them both, no questions asked. And these taste perfect! Great customer service!

Three strikes and your out… I have given this particular starbucks location three tries and they have yet to make the drink the way I like. Before I state my review, I do not have complicated double shot this, no foam, no fat, super hot something or other, it was something as easy as whipped cream. As any starbucks fan knows, starbucks whipped cream is one of the best parts of the frappacino. On the two first visits my drinks were without whipped cream in which when I got to the window, I had to ask for them to add it on. They never had attitude or showed issues to my request, but I feel bad for the people in line behind me. The last time and third time was a green tea lemonade sweetened, when I recieved my drink, it was not sweetened. If it was my first time visiting this starbucks it would be an easy bypass, but not as that this is my third visit and each time being a mess up, I will now visit a different starbucks in hopes that my order will be correct.

My family is a big Starbucks fan. Today my husband offered to bring a tea home for me, and since it is Monday, March 23(Happy Monday promotion day), it was buy a drink and get a pastry free between 2 – 5 for rewards members. After my husband calls me on his way home, he tells me he wasn’t aware, nor did they ever offer it to him. This is very disappointing as it should not require a customer to ask about their promotional campaign to receive it. I was hoping to surprise my son with the afternoon pastry-but guess not anymore.

Great customer service! It does get busy so be patient and know what you want before you get a the register. They have very yummy treats. Chocolate chocolate cookie, coffee cake, morning bun and cake pop’s! :-) Update. Seems like every other time I go to this Starbucks they burn our food? This time it didn’t feel warm or cook on the top. But burned on the bottom. This was the morning bun. We go to this Starbucks the most since it’s close to work. When we go to other Starbucks it is never burned? We have been told there is a setting so this should not happen. A few month’s back my coffee cake was so burned. It was hard, smelly and was even burned in the middle. That was cooked way, way to long.

I live nearby so I used to visit this Starbucks often. Just same as other starbucks, same coffees, same atmosphere. But one day I ordered Green tea frap, and they were out of matcha(it was only afternoon of a weekday), and couple of employees there were not really friendly. I hope they have worked on their inventory and customer skill since I was there last time.

It’s a Starbucks… nice friendly staff and right by my house. My wife and I always like to go to this one because of the feature of the drive-thru. One thing also is that they always keep some little snacks for the dogs and they always know our dogs names. Pretty cool.

I love this Starbucks! It’s very conveniently located just before the freeway on ramp. The staff is AMAZING, especially Lynn. her customer service is impeccable as are the other staff. They know me so well I don’t even have to tell them my drink, they already know it. And they get it right every time!

Everything here is standardized for food and drinks. Can’t comment too much on that. But I sometimes come here before work to grab something to eat, and they’re always very friendly and quick. I never have to wait more than 3 – 5 minutes for something. It’s in a shopping center, so there’s plenty of parking.

The employees at this starbucks need a severe attitude adjustment. For one several of the females there act as if they have serious bipolar disorders. A tip to the manager, teach your employees how to serve with pleasant attitudes or fire them because you will lose a lot of business with incompetant people who act like they don’t have any sense whatsoever. I would rather take my money and drive the distance to a starbucks that has employees that appreciate the business their customers bring in. Get a clue! No customers means no business idiots.

I go to this Starbucks quite often since I live near by. Convenience is the only reason, if there was one closer I’d go there. The thing that always ruins my experience is the staff(partners). As others have mentioned they seem to just want to get you your order so they can get back to gossiping with one another. No respect for their clients.

I was never a fan of coffee until I met my coffee fiend of a boyfriend. He’s a regular here and they know his drink every time he comes here which is a custom made drink. Really friendly and overly energetic people but they’re awesome. They don’t know me know me but if I mention«Jeff» or a box car, they’ll know exactly what my drink is. Con: Long line drive thrus, but I can’t complain, all Starbucks drive thrus can be crazy sometimes
