Specialties

We were York County’s oldest record store until the closure of our physical store in 2012. Since 1988 music fans had flocked to Bill O’Neil’s House of Rock «N Roll for an excellent selection of older rock, pop, jazz & country titles. We have records and compact discs, both new & used. We also have a sizable selection of contemporary music.

We have always carried vinyl, even when records were not cool.

Be sure to check our page on Facebook, our website and our store at Half.com for many hard to find and out of print titles.

History

Established in 1988.

In 1988 when Bill O’Neil’s House of Rock ‘N Roll opened many stores did a very good job carrying current music. With a background of playing oldies on the radio and at parties and nightclubs, Bill saw a need for a store that had all the older music. We also carried lp’s and 45’s when all the big stores could not be bothered. We were one of first stores to sell well cared for used compact discs as well as new ones. Over the past ten years we have also had presence on the internet with customers from all over the globe.
