At ADA Access, we protect your business through ADA inspections. Our inspections are done by a certified access specialist (CASp) who has been tested and certified by the State of California. Once the inspection is completed a report will be done and a certificate of inspection will be issued. In order to achieve the legal benefits provided for in California Civil Code, you must have a plan in place to remove architectural barriers when it is «readily achievable» to do so.

History

Established in 2012.

ADA Access Consulting, LLC was founded in order to help business comply with California’s Building Standards Codes (Physical Access Regulations). They are found in Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations (CCR) and are designed to comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and State statutes.

Blair is our Certified Access Specialist (CASp). He has been tested and certified by the State of California and is quelified to inspect for ADA violations. Blair has been a licensed California general contractor for over 30 years.
