Beyond Smitten Events

I got married about two weeks ago and Mae was my wedding coordinator. She did an amazing job. She was so helpful and she was always available when I needed help. She always kept in contact with me and made sure any questions that I had were answered. She created an outline for the day of the wedding to make sure my wedding flowed beautifully. The week of the wedding she made sure the all vendors were ready and prepared. Having her on my wedding day saved me from stress. She went above and beyond her duties. She made sure everything was organized. There were a lot of small details and tasks that needed to be done the day of the wedding and she made sure everything was completed. She also helped my family with the last minute setup that needed to be done. Because of her my wedding was enjoyable and stress free. I’m beyond grateful for all her help.
Mae is professional, organized, and pleasant to work with. We are so happy that she was a part of our special day. I highly recommend Mae to all the couples that are looking for a wedding coordinator. Hiring her was one of the best wedding decisions I made.

I heard about Mae through a very close friend of mine. I am a very low budget big dreams type, and I thought I could do everything on my own. But, I soon became overwhelmed by the amount of detail that goes into a wedding that I got stuck in the little things and forgetting the big picture, marrying the love of my life. As soon as I talked to Mae I knew that I could trust her because she alleviated all of my stress and let me just enjoy this whole process. Mae knew my budget and she found my DJ, my hairstylist and make up artist. She was the point of contact for all of my vendors, family and friends. Mae organized meeting times, phone calls and managed the timeline. She did it all, all I had to do was sit back and relax. get my hair done. look beautiful and say «I do.» Mae was very calm the entire time, dressed professionally, and made sure that everyone. family. friends. vendors knew where to be and at what time. What a dream… I’m definitely going to recommend her! She is worth it guys. P. S. She does not have a judging bone in her body. Anything you want she would understand, anytime you call and freak the hell out over unseen costs she will calm you down and talk to your vendors to remedy the situation. I really got lucky finding her!

We are so thankful and lucky to have had Mae Mallon as our wedding coordinator for our wedding last June. From beginning to end, she was a consummate professional and took very good care us from ensuring clear communication and organizing details to providing great advice and insight. She was responsive and engaging through all our talks and meetings. With her event management background, Mae is also knowledgeable and saavy with vendors, venues and the wedding industry itself. We even chose the officiant she recommended as he was a perfect for for us. And on top of all that, she was such a delight to work with all the way through, always smiling and full of positivity.
On our wedding weekend, she was a life saver. She helped orchestrate our rehearsal, ceremony and reception, which was a LOT of work but she handled everything with poise and precision. She made everything seem smooth and seamless by executing the well-​communicated timeline and ensuring all items and people were ready and in their places. Everyone in our wedding party, family and guests were so impressed by her and had nothing but praises on how great and helpful she was.
Again, we feel so lucky to have had Mae a part of our special day and we hope to watch her flourish with many more weddings and events to come. I recently worked a wedding with Mae in San Francisco (Fairmont Hotel). She coordinated a multi faceted wedding that included three separate locations for the ceremony, dinner and dancing. Mae was the liaison between the bride/​wedding party, family, hotel staff, photographer and myself. She had everyone on the same page, ready and on time all while maintaining a friendly and personable demeanor.
Mae also coordinated all the events during the reception including speeches, cake cutting and first dance with great communication and teamwork.
I highly recommend Mae and look forward to the opportunity to work with her again.
