Frazier & Associates operates out of the Sierra Oaks offices in the Arden Fair area, just east of Sacramento. My specialties include the communities of Fair Oaks, Arden, East Sacramento, Land Park, Curtis Park, and the greater Midtown/​Downtown areas. We are happy to work with clients outside of these areas and have worked with clients throughout the state.

Established in 2003.

Frazier & Associates was recruited by Keller Williams in 2015. Prior to that, we were with Coldwell Banker for 5 years. Real Estate License was acquired in 2003.

Jeremy Frazier first acquired his Real Estate license in 2003. He joined Coldwell Banker in 2010 where he found great success and was consistently in the Top 100 list of Real Estate Agents in Northern California. He has been a Masters Club Member for 4 out of 5 years and has continued to remain an member since 2011. Jeremy was recruited by Keller Williams in 2015 where he has found great success in a short amount of time and is continuing to grow and expand his business.
