John Campos is a true class act! He is one of the hardest working Realtors that I know in this industry. He prides himself in having high work ethic and values every client whether this is your first home purchase or your tenth. John has been such a blessing to my business and to the lives of his clients. I’ve worked in Real Estate for many years and have yet to see and connect with someone like we have, and like he does with clients. John never seems to miss a beat. If I could recommend one realtor, or use one for my own deals it would be John Campos. I very highly recommend him, and I’d work with him on every deal if I could because he makes it a fun and easy experience!

John just completed the process of navigating me through buying my first home, and he’s absolutely deserving of all the recognition he receives. I don’t hesitate to list five stars whatsoever.
I started this process with absolutely zero knowledge of basically anything regarding buying a home, or real estate in general for that matter. I selected John to navigate me through it because his passion for his job is immediately apparent upon meeting him.
He’s young, fiercely motivated, but was incredibly patient and understanding towards my general ignorance of the process from start to finish, as well as everything about the process that I questioned or challenged him on. He is a stellar communicator, and consistently prompt in his responses.
If I asked John a question, he answered it for me — quickly and correctly. If I told John what I wanted, he made a concise and determined effort to make it happen for me. In the six months I worked with John from the beginning to the end, he never once made me question if he had my best interests first in his mind.
Most importantly, above all else: John has integrity. If I’m choosing one person to help me negotiate the biggest purchase I’ll likely ever make, integrity is a non-​negotiable requirement.
Last but not least, he’s a genuinely great guy who is clearly doing what he loves for a living. Give him the opportunity to represent you, and you’ll absolutely be glad you did.

Recently my new fiancée and I decided to look for a home. And i am the more self sufficient kind of guy. I actually used RedFin and found several homes to look at. When i approached John, I let him know that we wanted to see these houses but quickly. We would find houses on the market one day, 3 days later had offers then became pending. We were losing out on houses with our previous realtor taking too long to fit us in her busy schedule. Bit John Campos was up to the task. With two weeks of him showing us places we had a few bids in and won on the house we really wanted. We currently moved in. Not that everything is put away. We are far from that. House warming? How far is 2020? LOL. John is phenomenal! He is young and a very eager real estate agent. His maturity, professionalism, and commitment to us, made us feel confident we had the right man. I could say so much more but if you are looking for a home, try John. I promise you will not be disappointed.

John was fantastic. He handled my deal with professionalism, courtesy and integrity. When the going got tough, he stuck with the deal. If you are looking for a great Realtor give John a call. I was not disappointed. He stayed in contact via phone, email and text. He advocated for me and got me a great deal. Even when I had to switch loan products he handle the communication with the seller’s agent and made sure we did not lose.

I rarely write reviews on Unilocal,but I feel like John has more than earned the right to be mentioned as a top realtor and good person on this site.
We met at a networking event at Zocalos in downtown a few months back, and since then he has been a breath of fresh air. He is the first realtor I’ve met that genuinely wants me to succeed professionally and as a person. He’s the kind of person that listens before he speaks, shows respect, and doesn’t just focus on the bottom line.
I love that John has tons of energy and hustles like no other. He’s the kind of person that goes beyond the call of duty to make sure you are taken care of. He is always thinking of ways to help regardless of whether he will gain from it or not. It’s hard to find people with great character like John. He’s been so helpful that I will always carry a few of his business cards with me to hand out in case somebody needs a realtor.
