Klassy Kleaning

Same issues as others. I bought the coupon from Living Social and can’t get them to answer a phone call or return one

Ok, so I too bought the coupon from Living Social and was VERY dissapointed with the lack of calls back. For every 3 or 4 calls I tried them I would get one call back. We played phone tag for a very long time. Every time we did finally get a hold of eachother and I tried to scheudle them, it just wasn’t working. I FINALLY got them to come clean my house, and at first I was very dissapointed that the girls who came spoke NO ENGLISH at all. They had no idea what i was saying, so I called the owner guy and he translated. They were there for 2 hours (because thats all I paid for in the coupon), and they were able to clean my whole house-​2450 sq ft. They even cleaned my oven for me, which I know wasn’t included – HUGE PLUS!
To be fair, i’ve bought many coupons on living social… they’re fine for those types of restaraunts/​companies that have an actual physical location. However when you buy a «service» it is very hard to schedule them. They get extremely overwhelmed with all the people who buy the coupons, and i can imagine it being hard to keep track of all the phone calls coming in. It might be worth your time to follow through with scheduling them to come out (if you bought the coupon).

STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! I purchased a cleaning from Klassy Kleaning through Groupon and I couldn’t be more displeased and horrified with the results. Their cleaning people BROKE things in my house and actually bleached stained my carpet. I live in an apartment so there goes my deposit! I am so angry and upset with these people and they don’t seem to want to help. At first they said they would send someone over to replace the broken items, which they haven’t and now when I call them they don’t answer or return my calls. I’m frustrated, mad, angry… a total disbelief that someone could run a company this way. This is the worst company EVER!
Please, please, please hear my review and don’t ever use their services! In fact… RUN!

I’ve had the exact same experience as Brittany Y. No one answers, no one responds. This business won’t be around for long as it seems they hate customers. I left them a final message today saying if they didn’t call me back, I’m going to get a living social refund and write a Unilocal review. I haven’t received a return phone call… they still have 3 hours to turn it around. As of now, I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone, not even my enemies. What kind of company doesn’t want customers? This seriously blows my mind.

I bought a deal for their cleaning service through Living Social a month ago. Since then, I have been attempting to schedule an appointment by calling their advertised phone number every couple of days for the last four weeks. No one has ever answered the phone, or responded to any of the emails or voicemails I have left. Absolutely ridiculous.
