Amazing!!! Just had Walt and his guy out to clean our carpets. To say I’m amazed is an understatement. The pile looks like brand new, it looks just like a new carpet was fitted. Walt came out at short notice and kept me informed at all stages of the process, even letting me know he was on his way. Price was extremely reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone. Walt will be my go-​to guy for all carpet cleaning. Excellent service.

Walter and his crew were awesome! My carpets have never been cleaner! I have 2 young boys and the stains on my carpet were horrible! Walter got them all up and my carpets look brand new. They squeezed us in before thanksgiving and the prices are very affordable!!! Best carpet cleaning I’ve have by far. It’s important to note that the carpet was near dry before they even left! I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

WOW!!!
Just had our carpets done and When I originally contacted Walt he was so very nice. He quoted me a price and even after seeing how icky our carpets were he tried to stay as close to that as possible which I appreciated very much. They were actually really really fast. I was surprised at how fast they went. The only complaint I would have was that the van running right outside my garage filled my house with really strong exhaust fumes which gave me a headache but I don’t think that is something they could really help. It did take a few days for the carpet to fully dry so I think next time I get them done I would do it during the winter or fall when I could keep the windows open but it was too hot to have the windows open and the AC off during 100 degree weather.
There was definitely a wow factor when I saw my carpets. Will definitely keep coming back!

Absolute top-​notch service. These guys really did a number on the carpet in our previous condo! Despite being over eight years old (and a light cream color) they made it look nearly brand new. Extremely satisfied with their level of service, their work, and definitely their prices. Walt does great work with a great attitude and I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends, as well as using them in the future for any cleaning needs!

I have used Steam Action many times over the years for my home, rental properties, and business. The owner, Walt and his crew always do a great job at prices that no one has been able to beat.
