Spent sometime looking for hardwood flooring. Ended up at Prestige Flooring, found a beautiful Acacia, competitively priced. We were quoted 3 – 4 days for special order stair nosing. Came back 5 days later to order and the special order was now 7 – 10 business days. Disappointed, we ordered the nosing on Dec. 15. After weeks of being told it would be next week, we asked for a refund so we could buy it locally and continue moving forward with our flooring. That request was denied and we are forced to wait or shell out another $ 600+ for nosing elsewhere.
After many calls to the showroom regarding the nosing, we asked to have the shipment sent overnight so that our flooring installer could continue laying our flooring. The package was finally sent, not overnight of course. It is now Jan 11 and we have not received the nosing.
Our calls to the office were met with comments indicating that we are lucky that they are taking our call. Would not recommend Prestige Flooring. The sales staff was pleasant and will work for your business, but once they have your money in pocket, you are stuck with sub-​par service and waiting.

Jon and his team were amazing! I showed them a picture of my kitchen and told him that I wanted to get a back splash to make it standout. He showed me all of his options but knew that two specifically would make the room stand out. He let me take the samples home to see which one we would want. We decided on the mosaic and couldn’t be more thrilled with the job they did. Not only was it beautiful, but, he beat all of his competitor’s price! Thank you Prestige Flooring for a great job!

We were almost ready to give up our search for laminate flooring when we found Prestige flooring and popped inside to look at their samples. We were greeted by Jon who was friendly and encouraging without the agressive salesmanship we had encountered at a few other stores. He offered to come do a free estimate the same evening and was able to match our budget and our needs. The flooring we chose was not offered in any other store and it was perfect!
Ed and Nicoli did our demolition quickly and efficiently with minimal chaos. They were friendly, courteous and very conciderate of our decreased living space during the installation process. They arrived promptly, worked well together, and cleaned their work area before leaving each day. Good sense of humor & fun to have around!
When the job was complete we received instructions on how to care for our new flooring, and Jon visited to do a final inspection. Thank you Prestige Flooring for a great experience!

I couldn’t be happier with the laminate floors that we got from Prestige Flooring. We found this place by accident after visiting many showrooms in the area. Prestige has a huge selection of flooring! We opted to have the floors installed professionally vs DIY because the price we were offered was so affordable we were able to have them installed and still stay under budget. The floors turned out so beautiful we already have received multiple compliments and they have only been in a week. The manager John was excellent. Very helpful! Ultimately we are so happy we went with Prestige.
