I originally ordered my flooring through Flooring Liquidators. I purchased the order and two weeks later I went to pick it up, only to be told its not there and they do not when it will be in. My flooring was set to be installed that Wednesday and my furniture was being delivered Friday so I was in quite a bind…
That’s when Chris from WWW came in. He was so helpful. I explained the situation I was in and he did not want to waste any of my time since I was under a time constraint. I sent him a picture of the sample that I originally purchased and gave him my homes measurements. He responded back immediately saying he would check the warehouse to see what they had. Shortly after he responded again saying he may have a few different samples that could work for what we needed. I jammed over there on my lunch break and he was so helpful showing me all the options I had available right at that moment. He was also there to give me his expert opinion on what he believes would look best with my furniture and layout.
Chris was also able to set me up for a delivery that afternoon!
A huge crisis was avoided due to Chris’ help. Cant thank him enough!!!
Oh, and I forgot to mention — I saved at least 35% going through WWW rather than Flooring Liquidators so that was also a nice plus ;)

I buy flooring from these guys all of the time. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have great selection and a great location. They’re prices are also very competitive. Overall I’m very pleased doing business with Wholesale Woodfloor Warehouse.

To whom it may concern, our family set out to find the best deal on some wood flooring for a new house. After visiting a few stores, it became apparent quickly, that the «best deal» was really a vague term. What we realized was that while some stores seemed to have a really low bottom line, ultimately, their numbers were confusing and we were not confident that what we would be getting was a quality product.
At one store, after asking to see the product, the salesperson opened a box and showed me the wood. When the tongue and groove came together on a few of the pieces, the wood was really crooked and you could fit a quarter between the seems. He assured me that this was normal. This in my mind was not «normal» and was not wood that I wanted in my home. My wife and I are both perfectionists and though I know wood is a natural product with imperfections, that wood was beyond something that we could make look perfect in our home.
While we are on a very tight budget, we appreciate quality and the «best deal» to us means not just the cheapest price. The best deal to us represents three things: 1. The cheapest price 2. A high quality product 3. Trustworthy customer service. As we continued to look into products at different stores, I came upon Wholesale Woodfloor Warehouse in Sacramento. The reviews I found on line totally set them apart from the other stores. In reading their reviews, they were so good that I honestly couldn’t help but wonder if someone who worked for the store wrote them. But, as I read on, review after review seemed to confirm the store’s great products, customer service and low prices. Almost every person praised the manager, whose name was Chris. They clearly felt taken care of by this guy. I was eager to see if I too would agree with everyone’s feedback.
The store test: I went to the store. Chris was not working. Rather, a very kind employee named Earl. Earl was attentive, though working with a few different customers, it was clear that I wasn’t just a number. I literally felt no pressure at all from him in trying to sell me up to a more expensive product. He stayed past closing time to help me. He asked good questions and I thought did a great job of striking the balance between drawing out what I wanted, but also guiding me away from options that would perhaps not end up being a good fit for our family’s needs.
When we picked up our product, the manager, Chris who we had heard so much about was working. As everyone said, Chris treated us like family. We commented on how impressed we were with Earl’s service. He proudly exclaimed that their desire is to take care of their customers and that’s why he hired Earl. They are a great team.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Wholesale Woodfloor Warehouse in Sacramento. How rare it is to find the lowest price, a great product and a team that looks out for their customers. If I were you, in reading my review, I would perhaps wonder if I were somehow related to one of the employees and writing with a bias. I assure you that I am not! Rather, as a family who appreciates great customer service, we wanted to take the time to write and share with others about a fantastic company that we found. Thanks Chris and Earl!

Chris is amazing!!! His knowledge of product is wonderful. Absolutely no pressure to buy product, and he as answered only about 20 of my questions and phone calls. Pricing is phenomenal, selection is great, and knowledge of product (yes again!) is wonderful! Go here if you want to talk to someone who knows their stuff!

My boyfriend and I walked into this store and were immediately met by 2 very helpful employees. They made our experience wonderful and were incredibly helpful in telling us exactly what we needed for our house. Not only that, they didn’t try to upsell us or sell us something that didn’t really work. I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing some sort of wood flooring.

We went into three stores in the complex and ended up purchasing our wood floors (maple natural engineered wood) from these people. We felt like we got the best customer service, and Chris was by far the most knowledgeable. I liked that it didn’t seem like he was trying to be a «salesperson» but more interested in helping us find what we were looking for. Lumber liquidators was too slick and the other one we looked at didn’t seem that interested in helping us.
The price was great too and I was able to bargain it down a bit.

My wife and I have purchased engineered hardwood flooring here twice, on a recommendation from her parents, who got a bunch of bamboo flooring here on clearance some years back for a very good price. Every time I’ve been to the showroom there has been at least one employee waiting to help — it’s a small room but there’s a pretty good selection of attractive wood flooring. There’s also laminate on the other side of the room if that’s what you’re looking for, much of it under $ 1/​sf if your budget is really thin.
They’re located in a business park with four other flooring stores that I’ve visited, and maybe a couple more that I haven’t. They have a lot of the same stuff the other stores have, they have the best prices in general, and they provide good customer service. If you’ve got a floor to do and you’re in the area, I would really recommend coming here first. The other places aren’t bad, but if you find something here you like, you can be pretty confident it’s at the best price, too.
For those DIY homeowners with a medium-​to-​small project who want to be choosers but feel like beggars, for those who want wood but are afraid they can only afford laminate, come ask these guys what they’ve got that’s on sale or clearance. If they’re discontinuing something and you buy the rest of their inventory, they’ll cut you a nice deal.
The only reason I don’t give that fifth star is that they are a bit hard to find if you don’t know where to look. Could use a bigger sign out on the road to direct customers to the storefront. Website could be nicer, too, but it’s good enough.
Shouldn’t have to say this, but don’t waste your time at the orange and blue stores. In my experience their tile is okay but their wood and laminate is overpriced with poor selection. YMMV but I would get the flooring here, get the nailer and/​or glue at the orange store, everyone goes home happy.

This shop is located next door to the yellow advertising flooring company but they had a distinctly different feel.
One may assume this shop us less refined than the neighbor to the right, but appearances can be deceiving.
We were greeted immediately even though the employee was with a customer and we did not feel like we were being a bother. The employee answered all questions, asked his own to find us the best product, appreciated the fact that we were not ready to purchase but treated us less like a leper and more like a potential client.
Clean, great exmployees, vast variety of textures and colors for different types of flooring options and great customer service!
