Quality Granite & Tile

Horrible customer service. I walked in and couldn’t find anyone who worked there. No one was in the store even though it was a Saturday afternoon (first tip off). Finally found a disinterested Asian woman sitting behind the counter who couldn’t be bothered to help me, and barely looked away from her laptop — Perhaps her Facebook was much too engrossing. I asked if she had and slate tiles and she said no. I asked if they had any natural stone tiles and she said no. I left — not going back here again! Horrible customer service, horrible selection — I would give it zero stars if I could.

These folks did a fantastic job for me. I had already removed my old countertops and was ready for the new ones, but the man who I had lined up to do the job kept putting me off and giving me excuses. I was in a real bind, because this was for a house that I was in the process of selling and I already had an inspection scheduled for the next week. So, on a Thursday afternoon, I walked into Quality Granite & Tile and explained my situation. They had several types of granite in stock that were already prefinished on a few sides. They came with me that afternoon over to the house to measure. And, they came back on Saturday to do the installation. They got there right on time, worked very hard until the job was done and did beautiful work. They even sealed the granite and caulked it to the wall (nice touches that we hadn’t discussed and I didn’t really expect). The kitchen looks soooo much better. New granite isn’t cheap, but the price was very fair and I can’t imagine getting more «bang for the buck». Thanks guys!
