Awesome customer service! I placed a mobile order and selected this location… so i thought. When i got there they had no record of my Trenta Black Tea and Tomato Mozzarella Panini. They were awesome and made my order ASAP! Thank you soo much for being amazing!

When I first tried the late summer Strawberry Shortcake Frapachino, it was the best drink I ever had at Starbucks. I was so excited to get another on the last day. At this location, the girl who made the venti SS blended it too long, it started liquifying by the time I walked back to my car. Soooo disappointed and unhappy, you think having to park and walk in and wait on the last day a drink is on the menu– the«barista» would make it more special. Not going back to this one again.

Wow, a Spinach Foldover — available in the evening. Yippee! Rarely can I find one of these post breakfast treats, post breskfast! The rest is good consistent Starbucks.

I enjoy meeting with family or friends at this Starbucks. Line moves quickly. Staff is always friendly. No one glares when my girlfriend brings her very talkative baby.

I’m not sure how people can positively rate this place. I try to avoid this location because the employees here are so rude. I even had the manager ring me up once and she was so aggressive and bitter. Her behavior made it obvious about where her staff gets their poor customer service skills from. Also, they are beyond slow. The barista always does a great job about making the drinks however, but this is always my last resort Starbucks.

Had their s’mores Frappuccino and it was awesome! The girls working were pleasant and overall it was a clean nice place.

Whoever does inventory needs to get fired. Twice this place has run out of large straws, unacceptable. They are still pretty fast and never messed up my order so that is a plus.

So this is going to be a short review. Anyone reading this is likely familiar enough with the Starbucks experience. The coffee is above average. Over roasted in the opinion of some. Perhaps it’s an acquired taste. In an event I enjoy it acquired taste or not. This particular store runs well for me when I drop in for a cup on the go. The couples times I ventured to a crafted beverage the turn time was longer than my experience at most other stores I frequent. General impression of the staff leaves me feeling like just a part of their daily shuffle. The store always seems to be a little out of sorts. Overall I would say it’s a below average Starbucks but still manages to get the job done.

Everytime I come to this location I regret it. The workers are very rude and condescending. Horrible customer service. I literally had to ask for service because they were all ignoring me. This was not a one time only experience; it happens every time I come here. From now on I will go 10 minutes out of my way to go to a different location.

I come here all the time to just chat with my friends over some coffee or for a late family date«laptop» club kind of thing. They have some awesome staff. The girl with long darkish red hair is super sweet. She ends up taking my order a lot. Her make-up is always on point. I used to come here to write my essays for like 3+ hours. I used to even come in here, sit down and read a book for 5 hours straight with only just buying one drink. I love this place. the employees, my drinks, the atmosphere. It’s all so comfortable and enjoyable.

I’ve been coming here for the past few weeks as I’m taking a class nearby. It seems packed, but the line goes by really fast and so do the drink orders. For me, it’s a nice convenience to grab breakfast and something to drink.

Better than the average Starbucks. Still wish it was a Dutch Bros. I wish they all were.

I am a Starbucks fanatic. There’s just always something to appeal my taste buds! For the most part, each location is about the same. This one is the closest to my house so I stop by every once in awhile. The baristas are very friendly and accommodating, especially when I order my unique, we’ll call it, drinks. A classic favorite of mine is an iced, nonfat, chai or a vanilla latte. When I’m feeling creative, I typically go for a green tea frapp with extra caramel and java chips!

They made a perfect chai latte with soy, and they even spelled my name right! LOL

My go-to Starbucks, which is a few blocks from my workplace. I work at 8, so when I’m in the area at least before 7:40, I go in. Otherwise, it gets packed, with a 15-minute wait and I’d rather not chance it. Not too many people in here after lunch time, though. Other than the often-lengthy wait, everything else in this store is great.

The baristas seem to think they can slow down when there are fewer people ordering. It took me 10 minutes to get my tall hazelnut latte. I know because I needed to keep time. I walked in and there were two people in front of me to order and maybe four already waiting for their drinks. Someone had already asked me for what I wanted before I got to the register so I thought it would be quick. Paying was simple with my app. Two of those waiting had gotten their order. Got my spinach and feta wrap not too long into my wait. When I asked about my drink after she gave away the second drink ordered after mine, the barista replied, «it’s coming. That’s why I’m saying this is out of order…» My drink was up next, but how was I to know she was referring to mine when two were already out of order? I admit, I’m not a regular… But have been to enough locations to know what fast and slow are. And to also know when a rude response is not needed. Thanks, but no thanks.

I don’t Unilocal often, but when I do it’s because I’m either extremely pleased or extremely annoyed. In this case, it’s the latter. Why, you might ask? Because Starbucks, you are just too cold. Your store is literally 60 degrees right now. I came here to relax and to feel comfortable. Sure, my hot cup of coffee is warming me up, but the AC that’s blasting on top of my head is cooling me down. Why am I wearing a jacket indoors. The three girls across from me are complaining about the«cold air circulating above our heads.» I just asked one of your employees to consider turning down the AC. She told me she can’t because it’s regulated by the corporate office. Uh… really? Starbucks, you just lost a customer.

It’s your typical strip mall Starbucks with no drive thru. It wasn’t super fast or super friendly, but not ugly slow or rude either. They made my particular coffee without messing it up. All in all it was sufficient. I had an all day training for something I basically already knew(formality to get access to a particular aspect of a database), so I knew I would need all the caffiene I could to get through the day. I never come to this location usually, but wouldn’t you know that I would run into someone I know the one time I come here. It is the only Starbucks in the area, so that is probably why it has the crowds. They move people through as quickly as possible though.
