Hailey is an undeniable creative force, with a heart for romance and an eye for detail. She has a passion for storytelling, and for using florals, food, wine, music, and other personal touches as a vehicle for showcasing who her clients are and what they love.

Both a licensed attorney and a graduate from Wed Prep, the program developed by acclaimed Los Angeles event planning duo Bash Please, Hailey is a unique asset to her clientele– providing the vendor-​negotiation, problem solving, and organizational skills of a lawyer, combined with the creative energy and aesthetic of an event specialist. Most importantly, Hailey treats her clients as collaborators and friends– making wedding & event planning a fun and memorable experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Hailey a couple of weeks ago on a large Nevada City wedding. Hailey and her team were extremely organized, professional, and very easy to work with.
Not once did they forget to put the bride and groom’s needs first while keeping in mind the operational focus needed to execute every detail.
It was very easy for me to work with Hailey in accomplishing my Wedding DJ responsibilities.
I only hope that all weddings I am booked to work have Hailey as the lead Wedding Coordinator. At very least, someone who has the same experience and work ethic.
It was a pleasure to work with her and her team!

Hailey was absolutely amazing as our day-​of planner. She started working with us a month out from our date, and was really effective in coordinating with all of our vendors. She put together a super detailed timeline, and on the day-​of, we were completely sure that Hailey and her team would keep everything on track, which they did. Hailey also went above and beyond by providing a ton of useful design ideas.

Hailey planned our daughter’s wedding and I can honestly say it was the best wedding I have ever attended. All the guest and most importantly, the bride and groom (my daughter and her husband) were able to fully enjoy this special event in their lives because it was so well planned. From the rehearsals, to the reception the night before to hair and make-​up the morning of, to the actual wedding, Hailey was there every step of the way. So many guests said it was the best planned wedding they had ever attended as well. It was classy, elegant, personal and included every family member and guest in a unique and personal way. What an amazing event!

Where do I even start?!
As someone who produces for a living it was very hard in the beginning to even entertain the thought of hiring someone to help plan my wedding. I’m one of this people that believes no one can do it better than me (I get paid to be a control freak!) — and believe it or not, I LOVE planning things! It’s my forte
When I decided to hire extra help I’m so glad my husband & I chose Hailey! I trusted her right off the bat with not only coordination but also believed she was one of the very few that saw & understood our vision – the story my husband & I wanted to share with our family & friends. We had our weekly Friday check ins which were super helpful, she helped calm my nervous when I felt I was behind on something, she gave great advice (wedding & personal) and was especially phenomenal the day of! It was the easiest, stress-​free wedding day knowing everything was being handled. Friends & family kept complimenting me all day on how incredibly calm I was, and a lot of it was because of Hailey
I will be sure to use Pretty Planner for any big events in my future!

This review is for Hailey’s Pretty Planner Wedding Workshop:
I didn’t know what to expect from Hailey’s wedding planning service after my bridesmaids bought me her party planning workshop as a gift. I spoke to Hailey on the phone and she asked a few questions and we set a time to meet for our workshop. I brought a pen and notepad and my iPad (for easy Pinterest access of course!)
I met Hailey at a cozy coffee shop in midtown and honestly, given my state of wedding panic with only 2 months left before my wedding, I feared she might make me more stressed by pointing out all the things I still had left to do… My experience was exactly the opposite!
I left our workshop feeling inspired and excited to put into place her wonderful ideas on our special day. Hailey is wonderful and creative and makes you feel at ease the moment you meet her. She spends the time getting to know you and your fiancé’s love story and then helps you map out what you need to throw a truly personalized and unique wedding. After our workshop, I ran home and shared all of her ideas with my fiancé and he loved them as much as I did. I can’t say enough good things about Hailey. I would highly recommend her if you have ideas, but need help putting them into a cohesive plan for your big day.

Before we met Hailey at daughter’s wedding rehearsal; we were given a detailed itinerary with contact information listing all particulars needed to get a great overview of what was to happen. Since we are from out of town, everything was new to us. At the wedding rehearsal, It soon became apparent that Hailey was calm, organized, and had everything under control. She worked in tandem with the church’s representative to make sure everything went smooth and everyone knew the routine.
The wedding and reception was over the top wonderful. Hailey was there every step of the way. As the guests made their way from the church to the reception, Hailey again had everything under control. Café 15L was the venue and the space was set up and decorated to its full potential… Every Detail was Perfect!
Hailey was so kind and considerate to everyone — even offering to get us drinks. She kept everyone on schedule — not once did anyone feel rushed… People who spoke had ample time to be prepared.
While waiting for a beverage, I asked if they had many weddings and the bartender said yes. But this wedding made the best use of the facilities that she had ever worked.
Later during the reception I spoke to the Manager, Matt, on an unrelated topic and he made a point to bring up the fact that Hailey was one of the most professional and organized planners he has ever worked with… that is high praise indeed from a Service Industry Professional who has seen and worked hundreds of events.
The evening end as planned and Hailey was there until the very end — making sure everyone had what they needed and everything was done.
Due to Hailey’s calm and organized nature, her top notch professionalism and attention to every detail — I would definitely recommend Hailey’s services to anyone planning any type of event.
