Worst dry cleaners in the city. The clothes did not arrive on time, they changed the price on me and charged me more, super rude and the worst part of it was the clothes were still dirty. Looks like they just «fabreezed» the clothes, pressed it and popped it on the hanger. It is run by a husband and wife and they have no concept of customer service or business for that matter. Severely poor customer service. Best to stay away than to go through a transaction with them.

I had some shirts I needed pressed and this place is in my building, so for convenience, and over the recommendation of a friend to go elsewhere downtown, I took them downstairs.
There was a small hassle dropping the shirts off, but I’m willing to accept that sometimes a one-(wo)man shop might close briefly and unexpectedly if something comes up. Fair enough.
They advertise same-​day service. I dropped four shirts off mid-​morning and was told I could get them the next day after 4pm. OK, not a bother.
I went to pick my shirts up today and upon entering the elevator noticed a sleeve button missing. Checked another shirt — another sleeve button missing. Same sleeve, same button, two shirts. Odd. They had all their buttons when they got dropped off.
When I went back and showed her the shirts, the attendant told me to come back in 10 minutes, she’d repair them, no argument. I appreciated that she was willing to fix the problem.
But when I picked my shirts up, she’d sewn on a broken button. Really? A broken button? Sorry, I can’t be bothered to go back.

I’ve used this place a number of times for dry cleaning and have always been satisfied with the outcome. The only time there was a problem was when seeing if they could get a coat cleaned, they were unable to do it in-​house because there was some fur on it. And fur requires it to go to a fur cleaning place. Where it would cost some unholy amount. Needless to say, that coat didn’t get cleaned.
I know of a number of people downtown use it for their laundry services as well. So if you’re a lazy/​non-​ironing type…
They have decent prices and decent turnaround. While there is another review on the Internet saying they do not do same day service despite signage to the contrary, I’ve never had a problem with picking up my stuff on the day they said it would be done (usually two days later).
