Green Apple Frozen Yogurt

blah. like every other frozen yogurt place in the world. fresh toppings, yada yada yada. staff was friendly. place was empty, besides my group of 5. kinda overpriced. whatever. blah blah blah. if you want frozen yogurt, this place will suffice.

They have dairy free options!!! Super excited about that b/​c I am allergic to dairy (not lactose). I had the Raspberry Pomegranate frozen ‘ice cream” and it was divine. The perfect treat after some much needed dental work.

How has this place only had one review so far?
This «Froyo» place is hugely popular among residents of South Salem. Every time I’ve been here the place is packed. Importantly, every time I’ve been here I get the best frozen yogurt in Salem.
This is a self serve place where the amount you pay is determined by how much your yogurt weighs. You can seriously go overboard here if you aren’t careful. Plus, they have the yogurt at a temperature where the yogurt just begins to melt. That’s how those sneaky froyo’s trick you!
That being said, I don’t mind paying a couple bucks for yogurt. I usually choose the low fat or no sugar added stuff (but really, I wouldn’t consider the yogurt part of this experience the unhealthiest). I highly recommend the Irish Mint or the Vanilla Tart flavor, heck, combine them both together.
Be wary of all the toppings. that’s where those extra bucks and calories come in. The kids that work at this place are considerate, nothing over the top. This is probably their first job, no need to have extremely high expectations.
Tuesdays they give you double stamps if you get a loyalty stamp card. Also, they give you a coupon for 10% off your next yogurt if you come in within the next week.
Not bad in my book!
