This could easily be a 4 – 5 Star place. Being that said, let me explain why they’re not. We stayed here for a few days and ate here at least 3 times. The first time was around 9pm and we went to the bar portion so we could just grab a burger and a couple drinks. We sat… and we sat… and we sat. The bartender gave us a menu and we sat… and we sat… getting the picture? We decided to move over to the restaurant side and asked if we could order a burger there and they said that we could. So we sat… and we sat… and we sat. Server finally took our order and brought us our drinks. Food was slow to arrive, but it was DELICIOUS. Really one of the best flame-broiled burgers I’ve had. The food saved the evening. The 2nd time was the next morning when we decided that we would have breakfast. The hostess sat us and gave us a menu and we sat… and we sat… and we sat. We were noticing people going up like it was a buffet, which it was, but that’s not listed on the menu and the hostess said nothing to us about it. Maybe she was going to let the Server tell us about it, but she never came. I finally got up and asked hostess about buffet and she said we could get started and she would make sure the server got us our coffee and juice. The food was, again, DELICIOUS. This was a legitimate breakfast buffet and the omelet chef was great and very personable! We got back to table to see our drinks already delivered. That was it. We NEVER saw our server again. I had to ask the Mgr, who was just walking around, if we could get our check and he said he’d get the Server to get it for us. Really? Can you not walk over and get it? The food saved the day. The 3rd time was breakfast the next morning. We seriously contemplated not going because we knew the service was terrible, but it was Sunday and we were about to leave, so we thought we’d try our luck. This time, we were seated quickly and we sat… and we sat… and we sat. Neither one of us wanted to eat the buffet because we didn’t want to over-indulge before traveling so we opted to try one of the a la carte items. Waitress finally shows and brings us menus. Then we sat… and we sat… and we sat. I finally made her notice us and she took our order. From our vantage point, I could see the cooks making our breakfast burritos and when I saw him put them up, I flagged down our waitress so she could bring them to us. I seriously wanted to just go up and get them myself. So the breakfast burritos were DELICIOUS and big, so big we could only finish half of them. We wanted a box so we asked our server for one and she said she’d get it. But we sat… and we sat… and we sat… I finally snagged the Mgr, who looked totally lost once again, and asked him for a to-go bag or box. I watched him go look all over the restaurant for one. He had to ask the Server where they were. Either this Mgr is brand new or he’s just a bad Mgr. I’m hoping he was just new. There should be no reason that a Mgr doesn’t know where everything is in HIS/HER restaurant. After he delivered the box, we sat… and we sat… and we sat waiting for our check. We finally just went up to the front and got the check and let the hostess check us out. Ok, the food equals a 4 – 5 Star Restaurant and it should be, but the service is RIDICULOUS and it kills this place!!! Fix your service and you’ve got a winner for sure! If your Mgr is going to walk aimlessly around, have him talk with his customers. See if there’s anything he could do for them. Ask them about their stay… whatever. Just don’t do what this guy did.

We thought this was a real restaurant, and not a hotel lobby bar with food. I ordered a cheeseburger with no bun and with avocado, a friend ordered the same without avocado, and another ordered a regular cheeseburger with no veggies. Mine came without cheese and avocado(without a bun, which is nice), my friend’s came out right, with cheese and no bun, but the last one came with no bun, no cheese, and no veggies. When I asked for cheese and avocado they put cold cheese on my burger and salad cut avocado chunks. It was not 4 star worthy in the least. I was with a large party, which I understand, however when we requested drink recommendations our server was less than helpful and most of the people settled on water or vodka soda. The only reason I’m not giving this 1 star is because they were nice.

Ate here numerous times during a 4-day stay at the Wyndham, because our party had both elderly members and young children who couldn’t walk far for meals. The place is extremely inconsistent. The breakfast buffets were generally excellent. Dinner was like Russian roulette. The first night we arrived we were skeptical eating here because we were the only people in the place; but strangely this was the night when everything we ordered was excellent, including risky dishes like beef carpaccio, tuna tartare, and veal piccata. The other three nights we ate dinner there were pretty terrible. The same dishes would be prepared wildly different from night to night, usually missing several key ingredients as specified on the menu or being cooked incorrectly or with apparently lower quality ingredients. We sent a beef carpaccio back to the kitchen twice one night and finally rejected it entirely, despite it having been delicious the first night. Salads came out missing multiple ingredients; grilled chicken on salads was dry as a roofing shingle. We eventually ignored lazy substitutions like mashed potatoes for sweet potatoes and French fries for fruit salad. And it isn’t like it’s cheap! Perhaps they were using a substitute cook the other days… Would never eat here again if we weren’t trapped by bad weather and elderly legs. So many amazing restaurants within a few blocks…

Both meat an veggie flatbread was awesome! My friend ordered a salad. She didn’t care for it because it was a wedge salad and said it was all lettuce. Mine was delicious!

111 grill is a best kept riverwalk secret! We stayed at the hotel and decided to try the buffet breakfeast which was world class and exceptional value! Fruit crepes, pancakes, omelettes made to order, juices, coffee and more! Great variety, taste and service. We later decided to try their 3 course. Christmas dinner. New York Strip, salad an desert for less than.$ 20! You cant go wrong with 111 grill!

The food was excellent. I had the bacon cheeseburger with fruit instead of fries, and I’ll be returning. The staff could use some work, but it wasn’t awful. They had a buffet, but we got there too early(11am) for the lunch buffet. That starts at 11:30am.
