We specialize in assisting women in re-​learning to take care of themselves. My easy-​to-​implement process takes the guess work out of managing your life. You can feel healthier, energized, and balanced. My coaching package is $ 650.00 for 4 sessions (regularly $ 800.00). We will assess current stress, health, and vitality and what you are currently doing to take care of yourself. I know you are busy and probably find it impossible to take care of you, but we will figure out the best and easiest ways to find the time. You will leave with a Self-​Care Toolkit ready to use in your daily life. You can do check-​in sessions weekly, bi-​monthly, or monthly for motivation, accountability, and figuring out solutions for your busy life. I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Notre Dame de Namur University and I worked as a Marriage Family Therapist for six years. I was a single parent, getting my intern hours, and working at a preschool. I had a busy, jam-​packed life. I was very passionate about everything that I was doing and gave all parts of my life full and unwavering passion. Raising my child was a mission I took on like Super Woman. I was hands on and very involved in all parts of his life, emotional development, and his life milestones. My jobs (including my job as a mom) were amazingly inspiring, but tiring. I was managing over 80 clients at the agency and a class of 20 children and 20 parents. That was 120 people per week that I was intimately involved with. Fast forward 8 years, I had started a learning center and a coaching business and I was now an entrepreneur of two businesses and a single mother who had full custody of a very active 8 year old.
