Wow, where to start? Susie has the patience and determination of a saint! I began my home search in Feb. 2014 with Susie. Actually it was before that — go back to Nov. 2013 when I began my search for my perfect home. Feb. 2014 we put an offer in on a «short sale» knowing it would be a trudge but never for 6 months. Susie remained positive and optimistic every step of the way. Many times I felt like pulling out and Susie would push on and fight for me. Finally on 7÷30÷14 my escrow closed and we celebrated. If it wasn’t for Susie’s positive outlook, persistence, superior knowledge of «short sales», and caring attitude I don’t know where we would be today! Looking for a super real estate agent??? Go no further give Susie a call. She will help you find your dream home.

We feel very lucky to have found Suzanne (Susie). We tried to buy a house on the peninsula with another agent in 2012, it was very difficult and we were unsuccessful.
We decided to start over with a new agent (Susie) in 2013, after 3 offers we were successful in purchasing the home of our dreams!
Susie is very aware of all the neighborhoods and available homes in the the peninsula. She has a excellent of sense of market conditions and helped us put together a good offer package within what we could afford.
She knows all the right people and is available at all hours, the whole process was actually very easy!

My husband and I used her and her partner Mary Harris to purchase our home in Redwood City. They both were very knowledgable and helpful. We know that if it was not for their suggestions or requests in this crazy market right now we would never have been able to get our townhouse. The way prices were increasing so fast houses just came out of our price range and the selection was very low.
We are happy in the townhouse we have. I highly recommend her.
