The ladies that work here are very knowledgable about each item. They’re super sweet and didn’t make my first time going there, last year, uncomfortable. I go there all the time now and hubby even had one of those rewards cards! (:

This is a great shop for all things related to sex. I haven’t bought a large range of items here, but the basics for the most part.
I am a part of their customer rewards program and it is great. You can get points in the store and online. I haven’t bought anything online yet, only in the store. I receive their emails and they are always having sales and promotions.
They have a lot of fun items for bachelorette parties.
Overall, the pricing is pretty good. Some items I feel are overpriced, but I think they would be the same at other comparable shops. They have a condom table where you can buy singles and try out all different types, so you don’t buy a box and realize you don’t like them.
I’ve always had great customer service here. The women who work here that I have talked to have always been so friendly and helpful. I’m not really shy to talk about sex related things, after all I am shopping in conrev haha, and they are all very open and non judgemental. Come check this place out!

My sister and I came in for last minute Halloween costume shopping. The customer service was amazing and we found the cutest outfits! Megan and Kayla were a huge help. We will be back every year for costumes and of course thorough out the year for goodies ;)

I’ve had both positive and negative experiences at this location. The brunette woman is super nice, friendly, and helpful! I really enjoyed her helping me shop around. The second time a blonde woman was there and she wasn’t too friendly, slightly rude which kind of annoyed me when I brought up personal questions. This store is a little smaller than others and their changing room is also a bathroom (gross) and storage. The only reason I’ll go back is because of their products (love em!) and the brunette was super helpful to my boyfriend and me

Great place, the staff is so friendly. They ask you questions about what you are looking for as if discussing a product as embarrassing as shampoo.

Fun shop, lots of toys. Make sure you check in to get a 40% off one item coupon. It’s just good to have a sex shop close to home. Of course you can find better deals online but this way you don’t have to wait to play! ;-)

Kind of small, but very clean and pleasant atmosphere. The cashier was super friendly and helpful, without being pushy. Decent selection, and I love that they have a rewards card.

I absolutely loved my experience here. Allison and Chelsea are fantastic and totally willing to help. They know what they are talking about and are hilarious and awesome to boot! They really made sure that the product I bought was in my price range but the best you could get too! I will definitely be back :)

I just had a great experience at thus Con Rev. It’s not as big as the con rev in Costa Mesa so it didn’t have stripper shoes but had so many cute Halloween costumes and panties were 5 for $ 20; that’s a steal bc they are reg $ 13 each. Employee there was super helpful and not in your face like other Con Revs I’ve been to where they are just following you around trying to give you tips. Only 4 starts bc not as big as other Con Revs, therefore less inventory.

Let me start with the bad:
I absolutely hate hard sales, but what I hate worse is being bothered and followed around the store so I can hear someone elses input when it is not asked for. I know the questions I have, leave me alone and wait til asked.
I got a great deal… I liked one of the girls. At the end of the day I wasn’t too thrilled with the suggested item I purchased. Everything else I liked.

Believe it or not, this place is next to a «SUBWAY» in the middle an outdoor strip mall. We went while we were on our Anniversary drive through San Diego wine country. Thought, «WTF?»
The coworkers were pretty darn cool. everything was neat and ordered. Again, expensive DVD’s (same wherever you go) No weirdness. It could be worse. Again, what a location…
My third review of an Adult Novelty shop. What’s up with that? Hmm, now where else have I also gone?

I have not been here since I moved away from OC, but it definately deserves an honarable mention from me. I love the employees here they always are amazingly helpful, kind and completely un-​creepy. In fact I had a guy find me my now absolute favortie toy, it kind of changed my life ;)

I was pleasantly surprised a couple of years ago when my girlfriend and I stopped in to check this place out. It had everything needed for the basic night of fun to the «more experienced» customer. What I liked the most was the customer service. Yes, I said «customer service.» (Don’t get any weird ideas about what I just said.) I mean the employees were helpful and friendly. That’s what I liked the most since it can be a little uneasy walking around and checking out certain things and not feeling embarrassed. Don’t worry. They are discreet.
It’s a large store with just about everything you could need. There’s even stuff that I never knew could be involved in certain activities but… whatever makes you happy!
