Established in 1998.

This is a family owned business. The baker has been baking donuts for over 30 years. This is your classic mom & pop shop. They started off with nothing but twenty dollars in their pockets when they first came to America. With hard work, perseverance and supportive family they were finally able to open their own business 13 years ago and to this day strive to provide the best customer service and donuts.

Owner was super friendly! I got a plain cruller and maple glazed cruller, both were delicious and just what I had been craving, and she gave me an extra old-​fashioned for free! $ 3 for 3 donuts-​super affordable for good donuts and service.

Just happened to stop by here while driving from San Diego to Los Angeles. Unassuming look, but great donuts! The staff was amazingly friendly and they are those people you can tell are wonderful even though you’ve only met them for a few minutes. Great selection of donuts and a great croissant breakfast sandwich! Complimentary donut holes with my order, too? Thanks! I wish I was around here more often to try all the donuts!

I guarantee that you won’t regret coming here.
If you’re looking for something good like a sandwich, ask for a number 2 with sausage avocado and tomato, way worth the Dollars

I absolutely love this mom&pop donut shop! I’ve come here multiple times and the donuts never disappoint. This bakery has mastered their recipes of their decades of business, and you’ll agree after your first bite! The donuts are a beautiful mix of density without being dry and the glazing really compliments this. Yeast donuts are SUPER light and paired with their fillings… Great prices. Everyone who works there are super friendly. Go here, everything is delicious. I can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu.

While visiting the area I wanted to let my husband sleep in while I went to get him coffee and donuts, he wakes up nicely that way. The donuts were good, nothing really special. Being a coffee snob my husband was ok with the Kona blend but it had a bit of a sour finish which is not desirable.
I got an orange frosted cake donut and the orange was nice, with a bit of zest for real orange flavor. He got a cinnamon coated, double-​looking glazed cinnamon roll. Nice presentation but a pretty standard flavor.
A lot of the reviews stated they tossed in donut holes or a free donut… don’t count on it, no on got that while I was in the store and I didn’t either.
Good for a basic donut and coffee stop, definitely reasonably priced.

I’m giving an extra star for the coffee. The donuts were good. They were fluffy and iced perfectly. I like my apple fritters with more cinnamon and less vanilla but it was still tasty. The donut hole was standard. A quick 50 calories with little taste.
I’m glad I stopped by, it will surely be added to my morning trip down south for surf.

I went here the other morning about an hour after it had opened. there was no line, and I had ordered a coffee and a donut. the coffee was delicious and they had a lot to choose from, and the donut that I got was a fresh batch that tasted great! the lady even threw a few glazed donut holes in for free! definitely a place I have to come and visit again for some good coffee and donuts. I also have to try some other items from their menu.

This local owned family donut and coffee shop is top notch. From friendly service to a delicious array of freshly cooked donuts, it sets the maple bar high. There are innovative donuts, too (loved the bacon maple bar!) and the owner’s wife told me they change out their oil each day so the donuts taste fresh. Her husband has been making donuts for 35 years and is a definite expert when it comes to yeast and cake style donuts. They always add a few free donuts to every order, even the smallest ones — which is so nice. Overall this is a fantastic donut shop in San Clemente.

Went in here a little after noon and the family wanted to grab a few donuts for later. As we looked at the good looking but limited variety of donuts we saw a couple flies in the case. Gotta keep the case closed. I hope no one got sick from it. I told the cashier before we left.
–Update: Owner said the donuts in that proximity were thrown out and the cashier received some extra training. Maybe we will give it another try someday.

Very friendly staff. Open early, which is important. We have a very early riser in our vanpool who’s half Costa Rican half Yeti. He loves this place.
