We were given 3 free treatments to make up for our initial, negative experience. I appreciate their efforts to make things right.
In addition to treating outdoor ants (our original problem), they helped us identify the issues we were having indoors with spiders and beetles and treated those free of cost as well.
Everyone I encountered at Eco Star Pest Solutions has been very kind. I think my initial experience was a product of their fast growth (good for them) and a mix up with their new phone system. All issues appear to be resolved now.

Roberto is the terminator when it comes to insect invasion. I’ve used him twice for his services, and have not been disappointed. We had issues with ants upstairs and downstairs, and he was able to eliminate the problem for an entire year. I called, and he showed up the next day. Very professional and kind individual. I’ve have been using Roberto for all my pest problems for many years. I met him when he was with another company and stuck with him when he started his own company. He is such a great guy. I called him yesterday because I had a bad ant problem in my kitchen and he said I can be there in 20 minutes I’m in your area. I called Eco star to deal with a raccoon at my rental property. They came out and set up a raccoon trap and humanely removed the raccoon without incident within 3 days of me calling. They sprayed for ants etc while they were there and I’ve been insect free so far. I’ll definitely use them again. Two thumbs up!

I decided to go with eco star pest solutions because of the great reviews. However, my experience has been nothing but a nightmare. They came the first time more then 30 minutes late. That following week I called again because we still had the same issue with spiders and ants. They came on the right day this time just the wrong time (had an appointment at 4:30, They came at 1) WTF?! why make an appointment if you cant make your own appointment time?!. He said he would call whoever and get back to me. Never heard from him again. Called the company Friday spoke with someone who said they will call me back. NEVER did. now, I call and no one answers. Terrible business, don’t trust them. They will take your money and you’ll never hear from them again.

Roberto and his team are providing excellent service at our school for our ants and spiders! The products they are using smell amazing and are very safe for our children and staff. Their professionalism, kindness and expertise make them and excellent company to work with. Thank you, Roberto!!!

Roberto was very knowledgable and spent extra time explaining the habits of different pests. He gave me a lot of tips and info about stuff I can do myself to save money. He also inspected my home and attic and told me I did not have any rats but gave me some tips to prevent them. I felt he was honest and an expert in his field.

Ants were always streaming along this one kitchen wall. I would scour the sink and kitchen counters after every meal. I left nothing for those ants to take back to their nest, and yet there they were ALWAYS scouting. I even did those Terro traps, which did help for awhile. But this battle went on for a full year, with the exception of the winter months when the ants seemed to disappear for a few months. As the weather warmed up they came back. Fed up, I called Eco Star Pest Solutions. Roberto from Eco Star was a true professional! He was prompt for our scheduled appointment, provided the service quickly and explained the process to me. Most importantly its been a month and the ants have not come back.

We used Roberto for some ants we had outside our house. A few came back after 3 weeks. We called Roberto back and he stood by his word and resprayed within the 30 day warrantee. He answered all my husbands questions about ants and what kind they were. Also, we have a 13 month old and he assured us that it was safe and wouldn’t have any residual effects after the hour needed for the spray to dry. Would use Roberto again!

Used to deal with Roberto when he was with Western Exterminator. When he left the Service went way down and I could not get a hold of the Person who replaced him, no call back no nothing. Anyway found Roberto through here, and now he is not only taking care of my Home but Office as well. He is always available, and does excellent work. Highly recommended.

After having a pest problem in my home I looked on Unilocal and found Eco Star Pest Solutions. I was very satisfied with how he got my pest control problems under control. I would definitely refer Eco Star Pest Solutions to my friends and family.

We just moved into our house, and found mice droppings all over. Eeew! My wife naturally freaked out and we called Eco Star first thing in the morning. Roberto came within two hours on the weekend and did a thorough inspection of the house, trying to see any places where the mice could get in. After laying out traps for the critters, we caught a couple. Roberto came after hours to collect the traps and set out new ones. This guy is all about customer service! He is very knowledgeable and experienced and really takes good care of his customers.

Roberto is awesome! I had a flea problem and he did a complete inspection of my home… inside and out. We saw some dead fleas so he encouraged me to keep doing what I had been doing to get in under control. Roberto totally explained how fleas happen in our area and what we need to do to get rid of them. Roberto is very customer service orientated. He did not charge for his visit and he encouraged me to stay in touch if I needed help with this issue. I totally recommend Roberto for your pest control needs. This is the first time that I have ever had to use a pest control service (spiders) and Roberto certainly made it a pleasant one!!! I initially called to gain some information about the services provided and if it was a dog friendly spray that was being used? I had previously called another company I found online which were not too helpful… Due to the pleasant nature of Roberto coupled with his extensive knowledge, him taking time to explain in detail my options on the phone, I promptly made an appointment for service next day, I unfortunately had to call back and reschedule as my work plans had changed… Roberto not only worked with my schedule change, he offered to come that same day/​late afternoon to accommodate and make it easier on me…
The service was not only on point, but we were chatting like we were old friends that hadn’t seen each other in years~ he gave me a discount on my first ever service, climbed a big ladder to clean up all my cobwebs on my 32′ feet ceiling (that had been driving me insane for months) and was just an all round great person. To me, personal and professional service trumps anything and that is WHY I will always use Roberto and refer him to many friends that need his service.

We have been on a maintenance program with Eco Star for several years. For the most part, we hardly ever have a major problem, but, whenever we’ve had an influx of pests (fleas, ants, spiders, and recently rats), Roberto has been very prompt on handling the problem. He’s friendly and knowledgeable in every kind of pest and their behaviors, and answers any questions I have, including risks to my dogs, if any.
The solution he uses smells like rosemary and spearmint and is safer and non-​irritating like the chemicals they used to spray, yet it still gets rid of the spiders and annoying little flying bugs.
