Established in 2013.
From a very young age I was involved in all kinds of sports. Ultimately it was boxing that stuck with me and I ended up taking it to the pro level. In all my years of pro sports training, and among all my many trainers, coaches and nutritionists… they all basically had two things to say, «Dedication and consistency». What I learned is that in order to succeed we need heart, dedication, consistency, and above all, motivation! After watching my mother pass away too early in life from cancer as well as a few other family members due to lack of nutrition and complete lack of exercise, I dedicated my life to never letting myself, my family or my friends end up that way. I teach true, clean, high integrity athleticism. What I have learned over the past 20 years, I am now passing onto you! When you come to me you will learn a lifestyle, not a quick gain that will disappear as soon as you stop training. I believe in all natural nutrition, hard work, sweat, and true clean fitness… no gimmicks

After dealing with losses of family members and friends due to their lifestyle and habits. I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives through good nutrition and fitness. I didn’t want to make it feel like a gimmick, like you would be going to a gym, being intimidated, dealing with meat markets and crowds and having half assed training by people who are more after the paycheck rather than teaching a healthy fit lifestyle. So i made it a point of my business to be mobile so i can come to you, so you can be comfortable and you can concentrate on proper form and posture. I customize your program around your natural abilities followed by good nutrition education and techniques then we go from there, then when your body adapts to the new lifestyle, we change it up and increase to next level that your body is able to handle. I’m here to teach you,” to train to live your life and to eat correctly to train”. It all goes hand in hand. Remember its a lifestyle change not a temporary change.
