I called Jeremy after another plumbing company recommended him! He was at my house that morning and fixed the problem and made recommendations on how to prevent it from happening again. I’ve used several plumbers in the area but I’ll be calling Jeremy from now on, you probably should too.

I can’t give Jeremy enough stars! He is a rockstar. He has been our go-​to plumber for years. He is quick to respond, and gets the repairs done right the first time. He is reliable and honest. From water heaters to pipes breaking and spraying water everywhere I can recommend Reese plumbing to anyone that needs an amazing plumber that will want to use again.

Jeremy is awesome! We had a pin hole leak in our home last year. He came out and took time to figure out where the leak was coming from so he didn’t damage large areas of our drywall. He found the leak on his first try and fixed it.
Recently, we needed a few repairs done and he came out right away and fixed them perfectly. He’s an honest guy at an honest price. We would use his service anytime we had a plumbing issue.

As others have reported, Jeremy is friendly, professional, and quick to respond. Our home in San Clemente had high water pressure (150PSI) and several of our neighbors have had problems resulting from the pressure. I called Jeremy and he visited the next day to test the pressure and quote a repair. Our regulator was 15 years old and no longer adjustable. Jeremy worked with me on negotiating a fair price and we scheduled a follow up later that week. He also stuck around to answer other questions I had about our water heater. A few days later Andy arrived a bit late for our appointment, but he did call ahead to advise me of the delay. Andy was also super friendly and answered all of my questions. The work was completed quickly and was of very high quality, with no surprises or cost changes. I would definitely call Reese Plumbing again!

Reese Plumbing is INCREDIBLE! Jeremy Reese is a class act. He answered my call right away and came the same day to rescue me from plumbing hell! He even text messaged me when he was on his way. He is extremely friendly, funny, kind, educational, reliable, knowledgeable and professional. He worked hard to fix my problem (as evidenced by sweat on his nose and brow!) and spent a good amount of time on it, while keeping the cost very reasonable. I cannot say enough great things about him and this company. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to all my friends!

Reese Plumbing is the best! Jeremy is the go-​to for all your plumbing needs, and his employee, Andy is great too. The two of them have helped us out of many plumbing predicaments with mysterious leaks, installations, adjustments… They are professional, articulate, prompt and fair — and they are nice guys! It’s a huge comfort to know a plumbing contractor you can trust! Don’t call anyone else!

Our kitchen sink had backed up badly, as it usually does twice a year. Our house is over 40 years old, and the pipes are old, or so we were told. The local plumber that we have been using for last 20 some years, we found out that he was in Arizona, probably in the process of retiring. So, I started to search for San Clemente plumber’s reviews in Google. Oh Boy, the horror stories I found! Then I came across a local company, Reese Plumbing, the amount of positive reviews they had, made me a little suspicious. No service can be that «great». Well, in their case, they proved me very much wrong.
After making the appointment for Monday, Jeremy showed up right on time, a very clean a courteous young man. He quickly proceeded to assess the problem and gave me a quote that was 50% lower that we had been paying the retiring plumber. Furthermore, he explained to me how the recurring problem could be easily fixed. By modifying the pipes going from the sink to the main, he could install a trap that could be cleared up by us, if the backup ever happen again. So, for a couple hundred bucks, he could fix a problem that we were told couldn’t be helped, for over 20 years! Now, that’s an honest plumber!
I highly recommend Jeremy for any plumbing needs you might have. Now I know that a bunch of good reviews, can be truth.

Thank you Jeremy for your fast and curtious service. You responded quickly to my phone call even after hours and came to secure our water heater until you could get a replacement. You arrived on time the next morning and did an excellent job including adding a pan and providing a drainage pipe in case the situation ever arose again. We had a heater installed 6 years ago and they never suggested a preventative way of reducing water damage inside the house. You are an excellent example of a true professional in your field and we will refer you to all our friends and family.

Jeremy and Andy are beyond great… First time using Reese plumbing and will not be the last! Jeremy took my initial phone call when crawling underneath someones house and sent Andy out that day to my place!!! Now that’s customer service! They’re prompt, responsive, honest, reliable and provide exceptional customer service. I required their services twice within the past 4 days (for separate household appliances) and not only was Andy informative, he is a super nice guy! The prices are very reasonable and they go over and above to make sure that you’re comfortable and satisfied with their job before leaving the premises.

I was informed about some upgrades that could be done, which included an on-​the-​spot quote. I did not feel pressured to «fix it immediately or there will be big problems!» — as I do with some subcontractors. I also felt comfortable with the tech in my home — clean and professional.

Excellent service from Jeremy and his helper! Gave Jeremy a call to come out on the same day to fix my leaking shower handle. He was very professional and took the care to put on booties before trekking upstairs. He added an extra touch by sealing a few cracks on the floor tile in the shower so water would not leak. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness. His prices are reasonable too!

Jeremy re-​piped my house with PEX.
He did the work he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. All at a fair price! Further, Jeremy suggested a few extras that were needed and included those things in the scope of the work. WHAT A GUY!
I have had no issues to date with any of his work and have referred him to my friends. The guy is a straight shooter and will do the job right.

Jeremy and Spencer solved a broken pipe problem at my street water main — located under the concrete sidewalk. They did so quite quickly and, so far, their work has proven to be worth the price. I’ve already recommended them to friends of mine. Both Jeremy and Spencer will take the time to explain what they are doing and what the prospects for resolution are if you ask. If I have plumbing needs in the future, my first call will be to them.
