Hi! I am the owner of Pacific Water Solutions and have been in the water business for over 27 years. This experience has led me to grow and understand the complexities of the water industry and recognize the reason and value of pure water for our families. We are constantly using customer feedback to increase product availability, try new products brought to market all the while using strong customer service as our focal point. Pacific Water Solutions believes strongly in water filtration and purification and using reusable bottles (stainless, glass or SIGG) in place of single serve bottles that are purchased in grocery stores.

Because we value and our customers demand quality in our products, we have established relationships and become exclusive dealers with the following leading manufacturers of water-​related products.

Had a problem with my whole house water system. Called them after seeing mostly good reviews on Unilocal and was given exact instructions on how to fix over the phone. Will certainly use this company for future filter purchases and any system service needs. They were very polite over the phone so do not really understand all the bad reviews. Good to support a local San Clemente business

Made first appt as our reverse osmosis water system needed to be serviced. Received a call that they needed to cancel right before scheduled appt… person told me someone would call the following Monday to rescheduled. They NEVER called back… so after a week and a half I called again. Rescheduled for today. Pacific Water Solutions did not come. An hour passed my appt. time I left a message about their ETA. The company never returned my call. Not a very professional way to run a business. They have lost me as a customer.

I don’t often leave reviews… however PWS is the ONLY place I go to buy my water. I live in Mission Viejo and since the closing of the R.S.M location, I will still drive down to S.C. to get water and lunch. The owner and his son are super nice, the staff is always polite; the way customer service should be… and I am usually only paying a few bucks for some gallons of water. Always helpful and happy to assist right when you walk in the door.
Highly recommend PWS and will continue to support their business as long as I am in southern California. Keep up the amazing work guys!

We have a water softener and R/​O system from Pacific Water Solutions and we love it! We no longer buy bottled water since the R/​O system provides much better tasting water. The water softener has provided no more water spots on glasses left that haven’t been dried immediately and glass shower doors no longer have hard water deposits. We have been in our home over 15 years and we have noticed how much the water has changed over the years. We truly cannot believe the drastic difference since this system has been installed! We have experienced great customer service from Mike and his team.

Met Mike, the owner, who answered my questions regarding my new alkaline water tank. Very helpful. Chris, the installer, came and did the install yesterday. Again, very helpful. Explained everything I needed to know and actually left the area in better shape than when he arrived. Very pleased with both service and product.

A water store? That’s what I first thought, that was many years ago… Now I can tell you, this is the place to get your water! What would I do without this business!!! I get the best tasting water at this place every Saturday. Not only is the water fantastic, it’s a pleasure going in the store. The staff gives outstanding customer service. I called Pacific Water Solutions and spoke with Mike, the owner, he was the best. I have never dealt with a company before that is so hands on and so informative. He educated me on all the different systems his company offers. He went into so much detail explaining everything to me. I felt VERY confident that I was dealing with an honest man and an honest company. I decided to go with an E-​Treat which I LOVE and I also got an RO under my kitchen sink. I did do my due diligence and shopped around to get prices. Believe it or not Mike had better prices than most other companies out there, and with the amazing service they provided, it was a no brainer… I’m so pleased I chose Pacific Water Solutions… All well worth the money since you can’t really put a price on your health.

I couldn’t be more pleased with this company! While shopping around I found there is SO much information out there, all very different from the next. I was so pleased to finally meet with Mike and have an honest person give me some honest answers on water systems and what they actually do. He helped me find what was best for me and my needs. I’m so greatful because this other company was trying to sell me something I didn’t need for double the price! If you are buying an E Treat system from this dealer or any other, please be aware if you have hard water it will not solve the spotting that a soft water system provides. I was mislead by Mike at this company when I came in to find an alternative system for my soft water system that would be more ecological. Also if you buy an ETreat system, you will still have to buy a reverse osmosis system to get good quality drinking water. Basically what the E Treat does is remove all the chlorine from the water and some metals. Be aware that neither the dealer nor the manufacturer will give you any recourse if you are dissatisfied with this system. After $ 2000+ I still need to get a soft water system, learn from my mistake.
Customer service here, none after you have spent your money.

I love this place! Super nice staff, owners are great, every time you go in you are greeted and they help you put the water in your car. Reasonable prices for water, especially when you consider that they have a rinsing area and the customer service is great. Super flexible, we use them for our business and for our home water.
