Best service ever. Hands down. John and Matthew were quick and professional. I actually got to sit outside and chat with them while they worked and they were very personable. It was worth every penny, this was the easiest part of my move! If I ever move again you know you I’ll be giving my business to!

These guys are awesome! We’ve used them a couple of times now, and they are always super courteous, professional, and FAST! They were very friendly even though I was running behind schedule, and never got rude about it. They were clear about the pricing and process, and saved me from a huge headache in dealing with all the junk a prior tenant left after moving out of one of our rental units. Thanks guys!

Joseph and Michael were quick and clean with my pile of junk. It felt great to get rid of all this stuff that had been cluttering my garage and backyard. Easy and painless and I was able to get a pick up scheduled the day before. They also were very fair about the price. Highly recommend.

Removed the sod from our dead front lawn and needed it to be hauled away. They were fast, friendly, and at least half the price quoted by other debris hauling companies we called for a quote. Will definitely use Got Junk again!

Rick came and picked up my stuff. was very courteous yet funny and punctual. he really brightened up my day and has a «can-​do» kind of attitude with helping me out in a pinch. would definitely ask for his company’s services in the future.

Great service! Guys actually called to ask if they could come EARLIER than appointment, which was great! How many times does THAT happen… usually one is sitting around waiting for service people to show up. Not this time!
Although I hate that I have to pay to get rid of stuff, this service is invaluable for things that NO-​ONE wants! Seriously, I couldn’t even get anyone on FreeCycle to take the stuff that 1−800-Got Junk took!
Since I am in major «purging mode» at my house, I will definitely be calling them again!

They called to confirm, came the same day as ordered, and even brought a back-​up truck to handle any overflow. While our debris was voluminous and we underestimated the amount, they sent another truck the next morning, and removed every scrap, lickety-​split. Ask for Rick, Chris, Michael and Sean, and I’m sure they will take good care of all your hauling needs.

Reserving the truck was easy, they called ahead to double-​check what they were picking up and again right before they arrived (a little early even!) and cleared away a huge pile of broken up concrete quickly, swept up afterward, and were courteous and careful, awesome job AGAIN!

I just used 800 Junk for the second time. Both experiences were excellent in every way. They came on time, took the «stuff» properly, quickly and efficiently. The price was the same as the quote I got over the phone when I called. Very good! I will use them whenever I can.

Some major confusion happen today with the $ 80 for$ 200 deal voucher I purchased. I made an appointment and was not told which franchise location so did not think anything about it. Even when I confirmed no one bothered to check. So problems occurred A: when I had to call repeatedly on day of appointment when they where very late and B: when I was told that voucher was for Encinitas franchise and the truck that came to my door was from Escondido! Darren Tavitian franchise partner from Escondido called to clarify and honored my voucher only because his team had given me the run around about what time they could finally show up. Boo! He claimed that it was A misunderstanding with Unilocal. He was very nice, however Got Junk needs to work on there logistics and clearly ID what franchise is being deployed so consumer doesn’t get caught purchasing a voucher that can’t be honored! Also they need to put in their ad how they charge so you can budget accordingly. I thought my $ 200 would pretty much cover my small load, not true. I paid another $ 185 on top. And it would have been more but they were trying to be nice because they were late. Bad experience and added stress

Very satisfied. We really needed to get rid of a bunch of old furniture and garbage and it would have been very difficult and time consuming for me to break everything down, carry it out to the curb, rent a truck, and take everything to the landfill myself. First time using this service and I thought they were VERY professional. They are going to have to go through your house, see all your belongings, etc. so I would think you would want someone professional for this task. They were good about moving out our old furniture without damaging anything. Quick and convenient. Able to make the appointment the day before. The morning of they called asking if I was available early which worked for me. I got what I felt was a very good price ( Unilocal coupon) and they actually INCREASED the discount based on the size of our removal which was totally unexpected and very appreciated. I guess they left a bit of dirt on our carpet but I didn’t want them using shoe covers because there was a risk of slipping on the carpet — 15 mins of quick vacuuming easily took care of that. You may want to ask or have shoe covers available if you’re worried about that. Main thing was, they didn’t come close to scraping our walls at all. Their regular prices are a bit high but I think you pay for the convenience and professionalism and I think even those prices are pretty fair. Hopefully I don’t accumulate junk too quickly, but next time (and I’m sure there will be one soon) I’ll be able to find another discount.

This was my first time using them and I had a great experience. Easy to schedule an appointment, they called the day before to confirm, and then another call within a half hour of arrival. The two guys were super nice and professional. They looked at what I had and quoted me a price. I feel they are pricey but provide good service and a convenience factor.

Positive — they called ahead of time, they showed up on time. Super nice, but I would be super nice too if I was trying to screw you out of your hard-​earned money. I had a couch they needed removing, a couch, light, not a sleeper… they wanted to charge me $ 231 to take it out of my 1^st floor apartment. REALLY? I could buy a new couch for $ 231. I told them no, and offered an amount that was completely fair. Starting out nice and ending nice deserves 5 stars, but they copped an attitude and were flabbergasted that I would even offer the price I did. Later that evening I got a call, «we’ll do it for that price on two conditions, you give us 5 stars and an A1 rating on Unilocal». In this day in age of media you would think that companies would be more careful. To ask an outlandish price in this day & time, the economy… Everyone needs to make a buck, but you won’t earn it that way.

Yeah you can go with anyone to pick up trash, but really who can you TRUST? I have worked with this specific franchise for the past 6 months and have benefitted greatly.
Whether for personal trash removal or for my business, these people always show up on time, are ready to work, and provide an excellent service. I would hire them to take care of my elderly grandmother. If its good enough for grandma, its good enough for you.
