A Plus Limos

Booked a Limo for our kids «after party» experience. Booking was easy and straightforward. Their driver, Ramone, called earlier in the afternoon to make sure I had his contact information. We met with him at the pick up spot to make sure the kids got off OK. He was very courteous and professional. We arranged for several stops that evening — all which were a surprise for the kids. He called me at each location to keep me in the loop. I really appreciated this — the kids were safe and in good hands. With 4 sons, we will DEFINITELY be using A PLUS Limo again in the future. Thank for making their evening extra special.

I had to book a limo for a bachelorette party in San Diego from my home in NY. I was hesitant to do so being unfamiliar with the area but A Plus Limos provided me with excellent communication and a clear price and contract which made me confident and comfortable. I am so glad I chose A Plus Limos! We had an amazing experience in the Escalade limo bus and our driver was awesome! Thank you for helping to make the party awesome!

Adam was our driver from A Plus Limo today. He took us to Temecula for wine tasting. It was the big event on a family vacation including our 8 month old baby girl! Adam was professional and very kind. He did a fantastic job. He was even nice enough to pick up lunch for us from a restaurant that we ordered from so that we didn’t have to take time away from tasting. Completely not a requirement but was so helpful! If we are ever in San Diego again we will certainly use this company and request Adam. The whole process was simple and professional.

A Plus Limos is awesome! Thank you Ramon. We hired them to provide transportation for my wedding. Not only did they provide great customer service but the driver was awesome as well! It was pouring rain and our driver victor, found an alternate route to avoid the traffic (as there were traffic light outages). He got us to the church with time to spare, and helped to keep the entire bridal party dry. Will definitely use them again!

We booked A Plus Limos for a school event and they could not have been more helpful! Service was amazing and even though I wasn’t the intended pick up, he was very communicative to me of everything that was going on. We would definitely recommend them and use them again!

This review is in response to the owners response to my review. I think it is wonderful that APlus Limo responds to All reviews. However we all know that no company or individual is always right, but it seems that any negative reviews posted to this business are spun to make the reviewer look bad. The Actual response I received when I was asked via email to confirm the limo and I explained the event had been cancelled is below:

If my response to the email above appeared «angry» (per the owner) that was not my intention.
However per the owner when they emailed me back there was disappointment expressed and an explanation of them turning away customers and as you can see from the email above there was none of that in the response I received. The company called me twice and yes I was busy, however they never identified themselves when they called just that it was the limo compay. As most of us do I had researched and called quite a few so I had no idea which one it was and so both times I asked them to send me an email (which never occurred). There were questions asked via email by me that were never responded too (some of us conduct our business by email as we do not have the time to be on the phone). So in my rational mind since my questions were never answered no verbal or written commitment was ever agreed to, I did not believe I had committed to renting the limo. However it appears A Plus limo looks at it differently.

Instead of a graduation party, we rented a limo for my son’s prom and he was able to bring friends. The driver was very professional and texted me his phone number in case I had any questions. They were prompt and made me feel that our kids were in good hands. There were many cars and limos at Balboa Park, but Robert took it in stride and came back around to pick up them all up after the family photos and drive them a few blocks to the venue (the girls didn’t want to walk in heels). Nothing but high praise for this company.

We were very fortunate to use this limo service when I won tickets to a concert through the radio.
I won the «grand prize» and part of that included limo service to and from the concert!
It was about a 30 minute drive – so we had a great amount of time to spend in the beautiful, fun limo! :)
We had a stretch Hummer (white) to the concert– so big and fun and amazing!
On the way back, we had a regular black stretch limo – still amazing! :)
The guy taking us there did tell us ahead of time about the limo switch, which was very nice of him to tell us.
The two limo drivers (Robert and Tad) were great. Both personable and friendly! Also very accommodating – took a lot of pictures for us and even sent them our way.
We felt safe in the limo and had a blast. Would definitely recommend this limo service, and would use them again!

It was our last minute decision to get a limo ride as a B-​day gift for our friend. And we couldn’t chose any better than PlusLimos company. Their fast response to our questions, requests and wishes was amazing. Our driver was polite but super cool at the same time. We’ve just had a BLAST!

I hired A plus for an after party for my brothers wedding. They where helpful on the phone, quick to reply, and the driver (Robert) was very friendly. The price was good. I will definitely use them again for any limo needs. My only small annoyance was that the car was stocked with water and soda, but not liquor, but that is in no way a deal breaker. I definitely recommend them.

If you’re looking for an honest, professional, and accommodating limo service, look no further. I booked A Plus Limos for my wedding about 3 months before our date. Unlike other wedding plans, they did not want payment until the day off. I was pleasantly surprised at this. Robert was our driver. He showed up right on time. He was very helpful with everyone’s bags. When we arrived to the church, I didn’t want to be seen. We switched where we thought would be the best place to park until it was time to get out and Robert was very patient and accommodating for us. Loved the entire experience.

We rented a limo for our friend’s birthday celebration and you wouldn’t think it, but it really set the whole tone for the night. The driver, Robert, was there on time, dressed to the nines, and extremely professional and courteous. We ended up changing our final destination a few times and he took it all in stride.
It’s hard to articulate what it’s like being chauffeured in a limo. Sure, you’ve seen them on the streets before, you rode in one in Vegas, but just getting one in San Diego for a special event is a unique experience.
We’re planning the next birthday party, and will go back to A+ limo for Robert again.

Wow! Best limo service I have had. I booked there service for Valentine’s Day and they met all my expectations very clean and with enough drinks even though it was only four people. Chauffeur was very punctual to and from our destination. I will book you guys again soon.

A group of us rented a limo for our high schoolers for homecoming. These guys were awesome. We have rented limos in the past and the experience was not nearly as good. Here is what a plus did that the other guys didn’t:
1) they texted me to confirm everything the day before which was really great and organized
2) they showed up early for us!
If anyone has ever been left waiting because their limo was late understands how great that is. Thank you!

They live up to their name! I rented the black Escalade limo for our wedding and I could not have been happier! From the initial emails back and forth to the phone calls to finalize the schedule for the wedding day they were honest and professional. As part of our service I had them pick up all of the groomsmen from Del Mar and they dropped us off at the church as USD and the driver went back to pick up the girls. We had a tight schedule to get everyone there on time and the driver managed to get a group of 10+ girls from the hotel to the church ON TIME! That was a feat in itself… The limo was cleaned between each trip to ensure it was spotless for each leg of our trip and the bar was restocked with cold water and soda each time. I originally met this driver and got to see the limo in person while he was out on a brewery tour about a year ago and the driver made such a great impression that when it was time to book a limo for our wedding these guys were the ones I really wanted to work with. Plus they came at a very competitive rate which helped since I had plenty of other wedding expenses. Great job A Plus, thanks for your service. We’ll be back!

Horrible. I called and the guy was so rude I would never use there service. I could not tell if he was drunk or on drugs. I called the 619−888−9946 number on google and got the A-​Hole of the Hour. Wow!!! Does this guy think with that language and ghetto attitude I want him to drive around my business partners, employees or family. Stay far and clear of this guy. There is plenty of professional, respectful limo drivers out there… this is not one of them.

Fantastic service! I used these guys for some business travel. A plus Limo was prompt, professional, and courteous. I can’t recommend them enough — great service from the first call until the day of the event. From the first conversation, we had confidence that we would be taken care of — they were professional and responsive to every question and email. Will definitely use them again!
