I was recently involved in a collision. I was referred to ABX by the other driver’s insurance company. While I am no expert, I am 60 years old and have been driving for the past 44 years. Over that period, I have owned a number of cars and have had the inevitable experience with collision repairs. In short, I was impressed with the work ABX did. The car looks and drives like nothing ever happened. Further, the work was performed within the time frame promised. The staff there (shout out to Susan) is very professional. Hopefully I will never have to, but I would take my car back there should the need arise again. I should add, I doubt ABX is the cheapest shop in town. However, keep in mind that the most expensive job is one that is not done right.

I wanted to thank Susan and the very friendly staff over at Abx Collision Center. Having to deal with my BMW being damaged was a headache to begin with, but these people made the process so easy and stress free. They went out of their way to help me get new tires put on my car, and even got me a discount from the local GoodYear dealer. The service was very friendly every time I called with a question, and to top it off my car looks impeccable again now. Thanks Susan and team!

Excellent service and wonderful work on my car, in a very timely manner! Susan is very knowledge and the communication with the status of the claim (estimate, work, days in shop, completion, etc) was great. Definitely recommend using ABX!

I had a small welding job. Susan had a technician check it out and said it would be $ 100 as it would take 2 hours ($ 50/​hr, she said). I said «OK» and left the car. They called me an hour later and said it was ready. When they said the charge was $ 100, I said it only took an hour. Susan said, «I could have waited 2 hours to call you» like she was doing me a favor.
It was good work but not so good customer service. She made an extra $ 50 and lost out on my fleet business.
Attitude is everything.

All I can say is WOW WOW WOW!!! If you ever have the unfortunate incident of having an automobile accident and need your car fixed, Abx Collision Center. Susan is the Manager and she couldn’t be any more caring, efficient and gets the job done! I am beyond impressed by the service they gave and how smooth everything was handled. Got my keyed car repaired at this collision center. All done within a few days with a loaner car paid for by insurance. Workmanship was great repairing the damaged part. Did not overcharge for anything unnecessary. The manager, Susan Hernandez, was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and professional. She kept me informed of the work progress. Hopefully I won’t need to go back, but if I do, I’d use them again. Highly recommended to people who may have auto body repair work.

My Toyota Avalon was repaired at the Sorrento Valley location and the repair exceeded my expectations! My older car looks almost new, despite it needed two new doors. The paint job is excellent and they even fixed an annoying dent on the quarter panel. A nice clean shop. Susan Hernandez is friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and honest. She kept me informed and made sure I was completely satisfied. Highly recommended!
