Wow! I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and service of this company! I recently moved into my new place and the previous owner had really dirty carpets. There was a lot of traffic, dirt, and random stains throughout the 2 bedrooms. My husband and I thought we would have to replace the floors — which would be very costly.
Luckily, I hopped on Unilocal,contacted Shane and was booked for cleaning the next afternoon. Brian showed up at my place on time with his equipment and was in and out of my place in an hour.

Shane is the best! My carpet looks brand new. He got a red wine stain out that had been on my carpet for a year. It was like magic! He was very professional and courteous. He gave us a free bottle of Capet cleaner. I highly recommend their service. It cost about 150 for the work he did on my living room, stairs, and two bedrooms.

Just to echo all the other excellent reviews for Shane, we had Shane clean some furniture upholstery and are very pleased with his service! He calls to let you know in advance when he plans to arrive in the arrival window, he sets up his equipment quickly, had no problem and provided his own shoe covers when asked, he spent a good deal of time working on each piece and assured us that our satisfaction is guaranteed! On top of all that, he gave us a bottle of stain remover at no additional charge. He also cleans his hoses before returning to his truck which for me is fantastic, not to have a dirty hose strung through the house. Thank you Shane for excellent service today!

He’s AMAZING! With my toddler in my house the carpets and the couch look crazy disgusting after a while. He came over, cleaned the couch, my toddler’s own personal little lounge chair and when he saw some random stains on the floor he decided to clean that for me as well! Super trustworthy and sweet! I cannot say enough about Accountable. I have a 3 year old and a 1&½ year old that masquerade as hurricane/​tornado hybrids. With food/​markers/​dirt. My carpets tend to look like they are breeding grounds for Ebola. Shane shows up (on time and after a call letting you know he is on his way) works ridiculously hard and turns my carpet into the wonderously beautiful carpet we had when we bought the house.
I used him for tile and grout for the first time and am just as impressed.
He is a very kind guy with an incredible eye for detail. I get the impression dirty carpets are his evil nemesis and he does everything possible to defeat them. He has even thrown in some free quick cleanings of other things/​areas in my house here and there. Because I think he hates filth that much.
He is super trustworthy. I am able to leave him in my house alone with a blank check and return after he is gone. This is very useful with two little ones that would not cope well with being cooped up in certain areas of the house for several hours.
He leaves you with clean carpets, shoe covers, a free bottle of spot treating, and a small bit of your sanity that you thought you lost.

I’m a petsitter, and sometimes no matter how hard you try and how many times you take a dog on a walk during a day things just don’t always work out as planned. I have one especially spoiled and spiteful Bichon Frise fur-​client that just loves to take his displeasure out on me whenever his human goes away. I take this dog on 20 – 30 minute walks numerous times a day only to come back inside and watch him lift his leg and pee on the side of the couch and carpet while staring directly at me. My client warned me about this and doesn’t expect me to do anything more than spot clean the areas, but I’m kind of a clean freak. After a couple episodes of this I’m not able to stay in this house comfortably without a thorough cleaning.
I had heard from friends that Shane at Accountable Carpet and Tile Cleaning was fast, honest, easy to schedule and a real beast when it comes to cleaning carpets, so I called him up short notice on a Saturday. Shane answered on the second ring. He was in the middle of a job but still took a minute to ask and understand what I needed and said he would call me back as soon as he finished the job he was on. Shane called me back 30 minutes later and asked for the address so that he could come right over.
When Shane arrived we both looked over the carpet and couch I needed him to clean. He gave me a very reasonable price and explanation of how he would clean both, and then he took me outside to show me how his van is set up and the equipment he would be using. I was/​am impressed with Shane’s knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail both with his own equipment and the things he cleans. Remember I was hiring Shane to clean a carpet and couch that didn’t belong to me, and even though my client was aware of what we were doing, I wasn’t going to trust this job to just anyone. Shane put my concerns at ease and set to cleaning the couch and carpet while I watched.
One hour later the cleaning was complete, and I could once again relax without the stench of dog pee or feeling like germs were crawling all over me. Shane gave me some simple aftercare instructions and told me to call him if there was ANYTHING that I needed him to correct or follow up on. He made it impeccably clear that my satisfaction was his absolute priority. I paid a very reasonable fee for his service and was completely satisfied. My client returned the following day and was also very happy and satisfied with the cleaning. She reimbursed me the expense and asked for Shane’s contact information for future use.
I was very happy with Shane’s work and had no need to follow up with him, but he called me the next day to make sure I was completely satisfied again offering to come back out for any reason. He stands behind the name of his business because Shane truly is Accountable with a capital «A»!
The two most important factors for me when I’m hiring someone to perform a service for me are competence and honesty. Everyone loves to get a good deal, but I’m willing to pay for great service.
