Established in 2012.

AMG Props opened it’s doors in May of 2012, headed up by Amanda Gresiak who has been in the real estate & property management business since 2003.

Since May 2012, AMG has grown to over 180 properties managed, and over 400 properties leased. We provide all services of a full service property management company and look forward to catering a relationship to specifically meet your needs.

Note: I have not used this property management company for my own property. This is directed to the management who I’ve heard enough facts about where it’s disgusting to see such a business exist and would like to warn future property owners of how this company handles itself.
As a home owner, these are things you don’t want to hear about your property managers: open neglect of vermin and pests on your property due to disregard of the property managers not properly taking care of your home (luckily no one got bit), having the owners husband (un-​certified) to state that there is no reason for such a problem so it must be the tenants, taking pictures of tenants space and belongings without consent (leaves no right to privacy), un-​apologetically act as children in discussions with tenants, telling tenants they may not live in their property during the last 3 days of their lease (illegal), charging of tenants out of spite with non-​existent repairs post-​tenancy. You really want a company to manage your property that does these things?! You’re just waiting for a lawsuit. Cheers.

Amanda Gresiak, owner of AMG Props will unapologetically try to steal your money. This woman is dishonest and should learn better business conduct.
I recently moved out of a property she manages and there was a discrepancy about my deposit. My lease had been transferred to three different management companies and two owners during my 15 month residence. Instead of honestly researching the problem, Amanda tried to coax me into accepting my returned deposit $ 300 short, even after cleaning deductions. When I disagreed, she became irritable, accused me of wanting to argue, while slamming papers and drawers in her office She then said she couldn’t discuss the matter further because her daughters were present and she had to go home. It was 5:00pm and her website said she closed at 6:00pm. I was there a total of 10 minutes and left empty handed.
This story is missing a lot of aggravating details but, long story short, a week later, the apartment owners agreed Amanda needed to pay me the full amount. When I went to pick up my corrected check, it was taped it to the front door of her office, located on a busy street. The blinds had been lowered (like I couldn’t see someone was inside) and she acted like she was closed. It was 4:30pm. I CAN SEE YOU… No apology, no ‘thank you’… completely unprofessional and kind of immature. I didn’t even have to sign for my check. What if someone had walked by and stolen it?
I think it is one thing to make a mistake; we all make mistakes. However, it takes a certain individual to act unprofessionally until the very end. There is an abundance of excellent, honest, professional property managers in San Diego. Don’t give your money to AMG Props and Amanda Gresiak.

I did not even get to use the services of AMG Props, but was still super impressed. There are actually two property management companies in San Diego called «AMG» and we accidentally went to the wrong one… on a Sunday, nonetheless, when they were closed. Regardless we were welcomed inside by Amanda and she helped us figure out if she had the listing we had seen online… but alas, it was the other AMG. We would have rented something from her right then and there if she had what we were looking for… Amanda was SO kind to us even though she knew we were in the wrong place. If you are looking for someone to represent your property, choose her. Having rented from two horrid property management companies before I can tell you her genuine friendly attitude makes AMG a world apart from any others. Thank you Amanda!

She is quick at getting back to me whenever I have an issue and she so easy to work with. I was referred to Amanda/​AMG to manage our duplex in North Park. She found wonderful tenants and vetted them fully. She helped us get the units ready and had some really great ideas to help maximize our return. Both units rented quickly and for the rents we wanted. She has been managing them flawlessly. Amanda is a phenomenal property manager and I can’t say enough good things about her. She is very adaptable and willing to work with her clients’ preferences. I always know that everything will be taken care of with our property and as out of state owners, this is critical. There are never any fire drills to worry about and Amanda is on top of everything! Amanda is also good at the big picture as well as the details and keeps me apprised of everything I need to know.
