Great service! He worked fast and efficiently to get the paper work and printing done and I was in and out of the office in about 5 minutes or so. Very friendly and organized. Would definitely come back here again if I needed another livescan.

I needed my fingerprints done as soon as possible but for a great price. Dallas gave me a great price and got me in right away. He even accommodated me by staying late after they were closed so I can make it there after work. I would recommend this place over and over again. The Office staff was very courteous and helpful. Amazing atmosphere, great customer service, the prices are really affordable thru out san diego. If you trying to get background check or passport photos this is the place to go.

Really informal and inexperienced. Came here with 2 of my colleagues. We each had to get our fingerprints scanned and submitted for background check required by the CA Board for Professional Engineers before taking the Professional Engineering Licensure Exam. Decided to come here because it was in close proximity to our work office.
The person running the business is all over the place and really disorganized. He even printed out forms for us to fill out and misprinted two of our forms (my form was printed with page 1 of the document on both back and front of the paper and my colleague’s form printed with page two on both back and front of the paper). The whole time he seemed nervous and overwhelmed, and to make things even more interesting, as we were filling out our information, an irate customer came in and told the employee that he messed up his background check and submitted the wrong paperwork. This surely made us feel really confident in the business. Right after this, another previous customer came in and started asking him questions about the fingerprinting process and the employee struggled to answer. At one point the employee said «I really don’t know much because this is all new to me»
Nonetheless, we decided to continue and let him perform our fingerprint scans since we already started our paperwork.
As one of my colleagues was getting her fingerprints scanned, the scanning machine was rejecting her prints but the employee ensured her that the prints were still good and that they should be fine. Sure enough, a couple days later, my colleague got a letter from the Board for Professional Engineers rejecting her prints.

I’m giving 3 stars because when my colleague went back to redo her fingerprints, the employee ended up offering her money back and let her know that their machine might just not be capable of scanning her personal fingerprints for whatever reason. He continued and said there are other types of machines at other live scan places that she might want to try. It was nice of him to refund the money… but overall this was a mediocre experience. Save your self the trouble and anxiety and go somewhere else!

After searching all over to get photos for my UK passport I came across live scan. Very satisfied and a really good price. Brilliant service and in and out within 20 minutes.

Great service here and and great price. They got to me quickly without an appointment and were very helpful. Luckily I was in the area and found this place! It’s a bit hidden — go up the stairs and down the halls for room 212 (you can’t see it from the street). Highly recommended — if I need live scan service again I’ll be back here.

I came here to get fingerprinted for my nursing license unprepared but the gentleman was very helpful and got everything done for me. It costs $ 18 for his services with an add’l $ 47 (+/​-​) for the government processing.
I had a little trouble finding this place. Theyre located at the same lot as Cheetahs, but at the opposite end, next to the auto mechanic place.

Very friendly, quick, and parking is easy.

Got my livescan a couple of days ago and the staff is super friendly. The price is right and the location is convenient and central (Clairemont Mesa Blvd). Passport photos and notary can be done as well… def a one stop shop!

This place is awesome the guy there was ver professional and knew what he was doing he answered all my questions and even helped me print the correct paper I highly recommend this place they also take passport pictures!
