Brian was a great realtor. He took the time to find out what type of space I was looking for and as all good realtors should do he pushed the limits of the types of places I looked at. Sometimes you don’t know what you want until a good realtor opens your eyes. The other thing that Brian did for me that really stood out was the level of service he provide in an exceptional circumstance. I happened to choose a property just a Brian was leaving on a two week vacation. Brian left me in the hands of another great realtor that blew my mind away. I didn’t have to worry about a thing the other realtor stepped in like I was his own client and fought for me on all the issues I needed addressed. Brian was half a world away but always in touch checking on me. It was such a great experience. I will be back to use him again.

I met Brian Gregory while killing time one Saturday afternoon perusing open houses with my out of town guests. It became immediately apparent that Brian was different — in a brilliantly wonderful way — then all the other Real Estate Agents we encountered that afternoon.

It was clear to me that Brian’s goal was to help me find my «Dream Home», quite frankly I did not think that was possible but in the end it was and I owe it all to him. We were referred to Brian from a friend when we were relocating to san diego from Boston. We knew very little about the market, and san diego itself. having Brian as our realtor was an incredible gift. He is extremely savvy, has an encyclopedic knowledge of the area, is responsive and generous with his time and perspective. We have had a few bumps in our house buying road but he has made them easier to navigate, and through his great understanding of negotiating and the market I believe he has helped us succeed much more than we would have without him.
