I was looking for someone that would finish a job that had been started by another shop. All the electrical on my car is custom and no other auto electrician will touch it. I talked to RJ and he seemed very confident. When I left my car he told me it would probably take a couple days. The very next day hen I showed up to pick up my car I was amazed at the sound my car put out. When I dropped the car off my stereo sounded like an old AM radio, when I picked it up it sounded great. Lots of base and great sounds. When I went to pay the bill I couldn’t believe how reasonable the price was. Great prices, great service, yes I would recommend them.

This place is great. Got my Alarm System installed here in about 2 hours for a great price and customer service was great. Would highly reccommed this place for any car work you need done. You guys are a great place to get work done and are quick and proficent about it and make sure the job is done right.

Took awhile and very unorganized but got the job done, beside the fact the he realizes he doesn’t have a box for my sub at the very end of the job so I roll away with a torn up box

Rick gave me a great deal and the tint installer did a very professional job in a just under two hours for 7 Windows on my 2014 bmw 3-​series. Stoked on the outcome and the level of service received!

Went into this location to make an appointment for a defective Kenwood DNN991HD unit and waited more than 15 minutes with two different people scurrying past me and one walked into the office with a cigarette in hand, lit.
After talking with another customer about his wait I left and won’t be returning.

Took my new car here to have window tint installed. They did a great job. The first time around, a couple of pieces of the tint material arrived from the manufacturer with a defect and so they installed the pieces that they could and asked me to come back when they could get replacements. I was offered a discount on future service for my trouble. I appreciated that. Later I brought a different car in to have a broken radio head unit swapped out. That work was done professionally and quickly. I appreciated the honesty and fair treatment as much as the jobs well done.

Seriously, these guys are phenomenal. And I don’t just mean the service they do, which is in its own class for the cost. They’re genuinely great guys, and I would never even think twice about any recommendations they make (in the sense of being afraid they’d rip me off or something). If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Made appointment, tech calls in sick but they don’t tell me. Drove over 25 miles to get it done. Thanks for the heads up ! DON’T GO HERE !

I arrived at 10:50 for an 11:00 am appointment for a stereo installation. I was there until 5:30 and had to come back on Monday! I was supposed to be out by 12:30 for another appointnent they knew about. I had to cancel my other appointment. When I finally got in the car I discovered the radio wasnt working… the antenna for my new stereo was not connected. They didnt have a part. I had to come back another day… and ended up having to wait again… for many hours. They gave me some discounts and free labor but I would have rather had my time back.
This place really knows how to waste your time. You will probably be better off if you can leave your car. The work seemed decent.

I needed install on a steering wheel remote control for my truck’s stereo system. I didn’t want to cut into my factory wiring harness so I took it to CCA. JR and Alex took great care of my issues. JR fixed my wiring rats nest, installed the remote control box, and made my head unit sit flush with the dash. Would recommend this place to anyone needing car stereo work done. They also do custom body work, paint, tint, A++ work guys, keep it up!

Alex hooked me up with a fair price on some really quality work! Had footwell LED strips put in, the guys there did a Super clean install. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is, I will definitely be having more work done here and I don’t want them to get big heads. Lol

Great experience. The owners are really cool car fanatics. They tinted my car and it looks awesome! Carlos, the tint man, is a pro!

I arrived for my tint appointment at 11:50 AM. To my surprise, the owner stated that his tinter does not work on location on Wednesdays and Saturdays. I referenced the emails and appointment that was setup on the company’s website. The owner, Alex was apologetic and stated that the ball was dropped on their end. I selected Certified Audio based on all the positive Unilocal reviews. I live in Corona and since I was visiting my fiancé the night before in SD, I decided to take the day off to tint my car at this trusted establishment (via Unilocal). There was some miscommunication on their end, so my appointment was overlooked. To my benefit, Alex offered to discount the tint job tremendously. I really appreciated the sincerity in his efforts to help fix the situation. The customer service and integrity held at this company outweighed the inconvenience. I applaud them for acknowledging their mistake, but even more so because of their character shown.
The tint job was completed flawlessly and I love the way that my car looks. Alex gave me his professional opinion about going a shade lighter and I am glad that I listened. My car looks great and I still get the same UV protection as the darker shade I originally wanted.
Aside from the miscommunication, everything else was perfect. I wish there was a Unilocal option for a 4.75 star review.

Phenomenal service. I bought a used car that had (unbeknownst to me) special racing headlights. When one went out, I was baffled as to how to replace it. I bought 2 new headlights and tried on my own to replace them to no avail. The clerk at the shop I bought them at couldn’t even do it. He recommended certified car audio for help. Not only did they help me right away, they put the new headlights in quickly and got them working perfectly. Not only that… Because it was such a no brainer for them, they did it for free!!! What! How are they possibly so awesome? I do not know, but I’m grateful it is so. Thanks guys, you rock!

I had a problem with my stereo system. The amp was still getting power but the subwoofer wasn’t functioning. On my way home I decided to check out Unilocal to see what places could look at and repair my audio system. This place had good reviews so I decided to give them a try, plus it was on the way home.
I was prepared to have to buy a new subwoofer if it came to that but I wanted a professional to look at it before I made a decision. I walk into the establishment and I see the gentleman behind the counter conversing with what I assumed was a customer so I decided to check out the «selection» of subwoofers, the only problem is that there is no real selection of subwoofers, just a few laying around. I waited while the two gentlemen talked, hoping to get helped but I was ignored. I eventually just walked out.
Good thing I did because I went back to my vehicle to check out the problem one more time and discovered that the wire from the box to the subwoofer was loose and that was the problem. Took out my tools and fixed it myself and saved money.

Carlitos did a great job on my car totally recommend! Come here and have Carlos tint your ride. Next I’ll bring my mama’s 2015 passat.

Unilocal helps again!
The good reviews and the understanding that these guys are the go-​to «professional» DDM HID installers enticed me to give them a try. I did a previous HID install myself with another car but this particular install was going to be much more difficult.
I asked my wife to bring her SUV and HID kit to be installed while I was at work. Upon arrival she was intimidated by the tight parking areas and the messy installation stations. But there’s a reason for this mess, these guys are busy. And being busy is a good sign. Also, their phones kept ringing. Another good sign.
Alex, one of the friendly owners, installed the DDM HIDs for $ 75 in under half an hour. Now the headlights look much brighter and clearer for night driving. The installation is backed by a lifetime warranty.
The warranty held up well because we had to get the HIDs re-​adjusted a few days later. No charge, all smiles.
Alex mentioned that tax return season gets very busy. Give him a call when that refund check is burning a hole in your pocket and you’re looking to get your headlights upgraded.

Dont go ANYWHERE ELSE!.. these guys are the best of the best. Look at the reviews and you will see. Two maybe three bad reviews from morons!.. These guys are the best. They go above and beyond to make things right. Rick and Alex are the best at what they do. The prices are the best and if the price is too high Rick will work with you to find a way to make the project work for you!
