Our business specializes in providing quality Community Association Management services to clients of varying sizes throughout San Diego County including Common Interest Developments, PUD’s, Condominiums and High Rises.

Unlike other Community Association Management companies, we only provide Management Services as this is what we specialize in. We work with different Accounting Companies and other vendors to provide all services required by each unique Community.

History

Established in 2013.

Tawny Tillinghast previously managed Community Associations and a group of Community Association Managers at a company providing Accounting and Management Services for Community Associations. She left in February 2013 to start Choice Management Solutions. Choice Management Solutions started as a small sole proprietorship and has grown into a corporation providing Management Services for Communities throughout San Diego County.

Business Owner

Tawny Tillinghast previously worked 7 years for an Accounting/​Management company providing Community Management Services for Community Association’s throughout the San Diego area. During this time she attended classes provided by the Community Association Institute (CAI); obtaining her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) Certificate, Association Management Specialist (AMS) certificate and then finally her Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) Certificate.

In January 2013, she left her previous company to start Choice Management Solutions.
