I never received any follow-​up, quotes, or call-​backs ever from this company… sorry, that’s the truth.

I am so excited to finally have new windows and doors! We got a few quotes but went with Clear Concepts because of their overall customer service! I loved that the owner, not a rep, came to measure my windows and provide the quote.
The day of the install went smoothly with a great crew showing up and getting right to work. They were neat & clean with their work! They took the time to explain how to properly care for the doors and windows.
I could go on but just know you are in great hands with this company from start to finish! I highly recommend Clear Concepts!

This company is great and backs their products. I bought a sliding glass door and a french door. Both doors are beautiful! The installers were on time and professional. One door had a minor problem and was fixed within a day. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks Clear Concepts!

I hired Clear Concepts to replace all of the windows and sliders in my 1969 home. Ultimately, they did a good job, so I would recommend them to others. Brian, the owner, responded to my concerns as I brought them up to him, and I really appreciate that. The two things I wasn’t a fan of were the saleswoman, and the expectations set about when the installers would arrive. The saleswoman was really loud, super talkative, and just not in touch with our communication style. We just wanted answers to our questions about the windows, and she kept on talking about anything and everything under the sun — window-​related or not. What should have been a half hour appointment dragged on and on.
In terms of the day of install, we were told the guys would be there at 8:00 a.m. They didn’t show up until 9:00 a.m. I know this is common with contractors, but it still isn’t respectful, in my opinion. Brian did make sure the guys finished the job in the time allotted, so ultimately, it was fine.
Just a few months after install, the front window developed a stress crack. Brian quickly ordered a new window, and it was removed and replaced promptly. Overall, my windows and sliders look beautiful and function well, so that is the bottom line.

Bryan (the owner) came out to my home and provided me with the best quote amongst the other two contractors that I researched and by a good difference. He honored the estimate 6 months later, despite the increase in prices of materials. The installers Charles and Ignacio were great, worked efficiently, and cleaned up all the scrap.

Whenever I do a project over a thousand dollars I meticulously research and educate myself. I get at least three estimates and ask as many questions as possible from the rep or company. Clear concept was not only the least expensive but the most dedicated. I dealt with Bryan from the beginning to the end. I gave him my window measurement and he gave me an estimate (a rep can come out as well to measure them). I made a few upgrades on the thickness of the glass and it did not increase the amount that much. Which showed me that he runs an honest business. He could of easily tacked on a lot more and I wouldn’t have disputed it, but he didn’t. He and his team came out for a final measurement which took less than an hour The windows got manufactured in a fast and punctual time. The appointment for install was convenient. The installers Ignacio and Charles were on time, worked carefully, and were very nice. In one and a half days I had new windows and they are awesome. I was always concerned with the hassle of getting new windows. It wasn’t an ordeal at all. I’m having them come out to install a new window at my work. I will recommend Clear Concept to anyone that needs to replace their windows.

It’s a long story, but even though I did not end up ordering windows through Clear Concepts, I’d like to post a 5-​star review for Pamela. She quoted her best price up front, always followed up with me, and is passionate about what she does. I hope her boss Bryan knows how great she is!

I decided to change out an old louvered style bathroom window with a new vinyl window. I was having some upgrades done by a trusted Handyman I’ve used for years. The handyman recommended Clear Concept as a local company he has used in the past that provide him with good service and fair prices.
I placed an order with the owners’ son providing window dimensions’ spec’d by the handyman. When the window came in there was concern regarding the size and thought not to fit by the handyman. After some intense discussions with the owners’ son and owner, Mr. Bryan King, Mr. King offered to have his installers install the window.
I am very pleased with the outcome. His installers were very professional and polite and Accounting Manager, Lisa King, provided excellent service by keeping me informed as to the status of my order.
I would recommend Clear Concept to family and friends.

I am extremely happy with my patio doors and new window that Clear Concepts installed in my house. I got a few other estimates and Clear Concepts really impressed me when I met with one of the owners; Bryan King. He gave me a fair estimate and I went with him. The two installers that came to install my doors and windows were very efficient and professional. They went over and above making sure I was totally happy with the job that they did. I would recommend Clear Concepts to the highest degree!!!

I am unhappy w/​my purchase of windows from Clear Concepts.
Pamela was my salesperson. I began by explaining that we hated the look of the window frame & showing the dry rot in the sill. I said we’d expected to need a complete tear out & rebuild as we want to replace the wood around the window & we had stucco guys standing by to stucco as soon as the windows were done — I said I was flexible about the type of window to get because I liked the current casement style, but was open. All 3 vendors, including Pamela said new construction was unnecessary. Pamela said the casement windows would be really heavy & recommended we go with the standard California slider window. She described the look & said they’d cut the sill flush with the wall & the casing would go around the edge of the window. She pointed out a house across the street with the type of window she was explaining. I agreed it looked nice and decided to go with that. She grabbed brochures & samples & wrote our quote. She showed me casings and I chose the simple casing/​frame. We were also replacing a window in our bedroom.
After reviewing the quotes w/​my husband, I told Pamela we would go with the sliders as quoted, but wanted to add our living room windows since it was so much less than expected & asked her to come back to measure those.
Due to scheduling, she came when I wasn’t home & met with my husband. While there, she called me to ask about the design of the window for the bedrooms that we had discussed. Apparently she hadn’t noted that, so I told her again exactly what I wanted. She called back to ask if we wanted casing around the living room windows; I did not.
I took a day off work to meet with the man who had to re-​measure my windows. I don’t know why they measure again. Later when we opened our bedroom window we found the screen on the window bent up so that it wouldn’t close. Worse, several days later our living room window was not only unlocked but OPEN. I take responsibility for not checking all of the windows after he left, but this is not acceptable. I was told this person was the owner of the company.
3.5 weeks later I came home to find my new windows installed… & I cried. I saw almost the same look that we started with, with the exception of my casement windows replaced by sliders. There was no frame/​casing around the window. My DRY ROTTED sill was still there as was the ugly wood around the window. I was upset as we spent a lot of money doing this for NO REASON. Even not spending what we thought we would, I still want what I ordered. I left a message for Pamela to call.
When she called, I explained the situation & she was kind, calmed me & said she would contact the owner & call me back in 1 hour. 4 hours later I received a call from David who said he was the owner’s son. I told the story several times before he finally said he would come & look to see what could be done. He wanted to come during the week but finally agreed to come on Saturday morning.
David brought Pamela w/​him. The 1^st part of the meeting was me saying she told me what I know she told me & she saying she never said the things she said. At one point, she said that she had said the neighbor’s window would be how it would look if we did new construction! What I had initially ASKED for & that she had talked me out of by using them as an example. I was angry after being told by a vendor that I was crazy & didn’t know what I was talking about. I’m not stupid & these people insulted me. I asked my husband to handle the situation as I was unable to communicate with them. After I excused myself, she argued & said my husband shouldn’t have signed the contract since he didn’t know what I wanted. The quote for those windows was already DONE; all she did was add windows to the existing quote, so she made no sense. I noticed that when she wrote the final quote, there were NO details, just a total price. I should have required detail and won’t make that mistake again. David told my husband they could use pieces of framing to fix & cover the sill with a sill cover & he would get pieces together & show us. We waited a week with NO WORD. My husband called & THEN he put together photos & emailed us, stating I hadn’t ordered a casing around the window & we would need to pay $ 350. We decided to do it even though I hate the fix. When my husband told David we’d agree to the fix, but we weren’t paying for them to fix something they did wrong, he said he had no authority to make decisions. My husband asked to speak to his father, the boss, who did agree to fix it w/​out charge.
Then they were too busy to do it and we got pushed to the end of their list, holding up us and our other vendors.
Overall, this was a terrible experience. Clear Concepts staff were rude &/​or inappropriate. The quote was poorly done, which seems like either laziness or a way for them to get out of any problems that arise. I would never recommend this company. You get what you pay for.

Excellent experience with David King and Clear Concepts. Gathered multiple bids for a 7-​window project at our home. Had some low-​ball bids, but those seemed less than trustworthy.
No high pressure sale with Clear Concepts, but very competitive pricing. They were also very patient with us (had lots of questions, scheduling conflicts, screaming toddler, etc).
Installation stage had its challenges, not least because of our older home’s legacy windows. I think the installers were at their wit’s end by the end of the process, but the windows seem to be in good shape.
Overall very pleased that we went with Clear Concepts.

I walked around my Condo Community and knocked on the door of the guy who had the best windows of all 300 units! He was kind enough to let me know and sang the praises of both the windows and of David King. He went on and on about how David is very patient, doesn’t hesitate to answer all your questions and the spends the time making sure you are happy! He also shared with me how much he paid for his set-​up and I was really impressed. I asked the same questions to a couple other neighbors who had their windows done and the price that Clear Concepts presented was half that of the others… and I kid you not, they literally were the best windows in the place!
So I called Clear Concepts and David came over to share with with me the different options and the benefits of each. Once I selected the options I wanted (identical to my neighbors) he presented me with a quote that was slightly less than what my neighbor paid (sshh!) due to a sale. All in all I am VERY please with the quality of the windows! The temperature in my condo is much more to my liking as I am having to run the heater and AC ¹⁄₁₀ what I was running it before. I am also not hearing the nearby trolley or the families walking their dogs. And the place just looks brand new!

In the last year I’ve had Clear Concepts replace all windows and the entry door in my townhouse. They are very straightforward, reasonably priced, and showed excellent customer service.

I had clear concepts come out to my house at a time that worked with my busy schedule and provide me with a free estimate to replace our sliding glass doors. The representative was on time, polite and quick. We knew they would be because this was the second house they have done for us. Their estimate came in significantly lower than the competition, so it was an easy choice to go with clear concepts again. The installer was in and out of there in a matter of hours and the doors look amazing! There was no sign of the installer even being there aside from beauful new doors. No mess and no hassle. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs windows or doors. I am beyond happy with the job and the end result. Keep up the good work Clear Concepts!

I was really impressed with the reviews of this company on Unilocal!so I decided to give them a call for an estimate to replace 11 windows.
David King came out (I missed our first appointment at 11:30a.m.) but he was very understanding and came out again the next evening when I was off work. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable about the window business. He took a lot of time out of his evening to sit down and talk to us and relieve us of some concerns we had.
He emailed the estimate to me later that night and it was very competitive and in line with the other estimates I had gotten. I went with them as opposed to other companies because I liked David and he worked with me on reducing his estimate so I met him half way.
The installers were good but I am not sure if things were done according to code with regards to lead paint which I questioned. Also, the guys didn’t have Windex so they couldn’t clean my windows before they left. I have to ask two times for them to come back and clean them.
Also, three of my windows came back from the factory without paint so they have to be touched up. This is something that is going to take more time to fix. It’s been a bit of a hassle and considering I went with them and left money on the table with another company (and told them that) I thought they would be a little more above and beyond what they usually do. Taylor in the office has been trying to help me so we will see where this saga takes us…

We recently had all of our windows replaced by Clear Concept and are extremely happy with the result.
First off, ask for Pamela to be your salesperson — she was simply awesome. Real down to earth and authentic, she was upfront about everything, and you never felt as you were being «sold» something. Lots of followup, she answered every question, and those she didn’t have an immediate response to, she went to work to find out the answer and got back to us right away. We all know how we have to put up with the sales experience when it comes to a car or other major purchase — in this case, Pamela was a true delight to work with, she’s tiptop in our book!
The windows are beautiful, the installation team was very professional, and although there were a couple of detail issues missed during the installation, the job foreman returned to finish up some loose ends. Pamela had sung the praises of the company president who stood behind his company and their work, and we are confident that any issue we might encounter with these windows in the future will be dealt with swiftly — that’s called peace of mind and we’re very happy.
The price was competitive and the entire experience delightful, so don’t bother shopping anywhere else for windows — these guys are terrific!

When I found Clear Concepts on Unilocal online, I saw it was a local company that had been in business for over 20 years, so I definitely wanted to, at least, get an estimate from them.
During the purchasing and installation of all new windows in my home, everyone at Clear Concepts was professional, patient, following up, and fair during the entire process. They are great!
Eventually, based on what I bought the brand-​new windows from Clear Concepts, I was completely satisfied with the overall result/​service, so I highly recommend this to anyone looking for buying very good quality windows along with its quality service.

Clear concepts did a quality and professional job of installing our windows and were the lowest price out of 5 company quotes. At first I was set back by the low price of their quote in thinking quality would suffer but all the great reviews on here helped me make the final decision. We are extremely satisfied with our windows.
Originally Brian quoted Plygem windows but after the first quote we realized we could afford Milgaurd windows, a slightly more renowned name in window manufacturers, and we added an additional window to our order.
One set back we had, at no fault of Clear Concepts was a mis-​communication between Clear Concepts and Milguard. In hindsight our Milguard windows are high quality manufactured and I still wouldn’t have changed our window manufacturer. We are very happy with the product. Though our window order was shipped two weeks later than quoted. Clear Concepts worked as hard as they could to expedite the last window and made our appointment to install at our earliest convenience, only two days after the last window arrived. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend clear concepts to anyone.
