BTWTHISISMYFIRSTREVIEWEVER!!! You get what you pay for right?! Honestly this gym has the worst staff, they all offer the worst customer service ever. My friends and myself like to work out together and a day that I couldn’t make it I come to find out that my brother and his friends were harassed by the staff there because one of his friends was showing his certain workouts and the trainers there thought he was training my brother and got all upset. Now, if they would have simply asked him politely if he was a trainer or something then maybe everything would have been resolved in a friendly manner but instead the staff there told them that if they keep working out together they will revoke their gym membership!!! What kind of bull is that! I will gladly take my money elsewhere if we’re going to be getting this kind of treatment! This place needs to get their priorities straight. We all understand that businesses are all about making money, but how are you going to keep making money by treating your customers like shit.

This place sucks, super bad customer service. They make you feel likes its privilege to have one day guest pass, then the guy with bad attitude gave me my id back and asked me if i was going to join said no thanks and told me thats only chance to come in and walked away

This place is total bull. They shut down their other gym in downtown without notice, then kept charging my account. I emailed a letter to their GM(so they told me) and wanted out of the membership. All of a sudden, I get a charge for 4 months of fees for a gym I haven’t used in 4 months… They are cheap, but totally incompetent when it comes to business.

Place has plenty of machines to use free weights and its own store to buy whatever supplements you might need. I try to come around the same time an it’s never too busy. Everyone is respectful w the machines. Work out classes are always full so it’s never a long wait for a machine. 10 bucks a month you couldn’t beat that w a stick. Bring your own towel but they do sell them as well.

This gym is a great club, the people here are always helpful and caring, and they never disappoint. The changes that have been made to the club in the last four months are incredible, there’s a new look, there’s a new feel, there’s new smiling faces, and there’s lots of people that are willing to help you. My friend asked me if he could come as a guest and I told him that there would be a $ 10 Guest fee and then I found out that on weekends that he could come in for free! I began to bring him each and every weekend, he became a member two weeks after and now I have a new workout partner. He only paid $ 10 a month which was really helpful for him. For $ 10 a month you get the basics of the gym which is completely enough. I was a member of a health club that was awful and the energy at that club was so negative but at Ultimate Fitness I feel like there’s so much more positivity. I recommend this gym to anyone who loves a great health club and good people, 5⁄5 stars!!!

This used to be called Family Gym. I make it here for a Zumba instructor, Jonatan Flores. He is really talented and high energy. He is also a Jammer(i.e. instructor for other Zumba instructors). I’ve always liked Zumba because I hated exercising. I go to «party» and the side effect is losing weight and feeling really good. That gets me going, and now Zumba has turned into an addiction! For more information on Jonatan, go to . ENJOY!

This gym use to be Family Gym now it’s Ultimate Fitness Center. The new girl that works here is very nice and upbeat. Seeing positivitey at the gym is motivating. The other cool person is Richard, or is it Ricardo? Starts with an R. The best time to go is around 10am-12pm. That’s the cool crowd. I like a lot of the people who go here. As I mentioned there are some gym creepers and seeing them in action really makes me cringe. I feel bad for females when I see that. Saturday and especially Sunday is dead pretty much the whole day. 10 at night these 2 skinny dudes get naked for each other and start flexing for each other like a beauty pageant. It’s sort of weird. I call those 2 guys bromance. They are always posing for each other. They pose more then they work out. Keep your kids away from bromance at 10pm at night. It’s sort of awkward. At 711 there’s a no shirt no service policy. Maybe these guys are excited there’s a place they can get naked in public. It’s pretty funny. There’s some funny people that go to the gym. It’s funny when the gym clowns aren’t using equipment that I need. If they are texting on equipment I need to use then it’s annoying. Main stream gyms like Chuze don’t have bench presses, just smith machines. This place has a bench press and the dumbells go past 75 pounds. It’s a cool gym, it’s not posh, no A/C no hydro massage no pizza party mondays. 4 stars. If it were open until 2am on the weekdays and 10pm on weekends I’d give it 5 stars.
