I had an older HBW 10−2R transmission with some issues. Others were telling me I’d have spent thousands fixing my problem. However, the guys there gave me solid advice, fixed the problem, and sent me on my way. Took my boat out the next weekend and have zero issues with the unit since it came back. I would recommend Coleman to a friend.

While in San Diego on a friends boat, we had to have some routine service performed at Colemans Marine Diesel. We dealt with a gentleman at the service desk, and he was fast, efficient, and had us out of there pretty quickly.
My friend says they have a great service, and reasonable pricing… especially in such a upscale marina area as Point Loma.

I’m going to go so far as to say that Coleman Marine is the best marine service provider in San Diego. I’m certain that for people in the business here in town this is well known.
From my experience over 5 years and two boats, these guys are competent, courteous, clean, on time, let you know straight up what’s going on and most importantly let you know when they don’t know what’s going on. They don’t charge any more than any other «real» business… and when they’ve given me a quote for work they are always right on.
Check these guys out if you need a diesel survey, or regular service maintenance… or for something as simple as picking up the «right» zinc or filter for your diesel.
