This is my second review because Collision factory is that good. Someone smashed my bumper in the parking lot and didnt leave a note. I have pissed because my deductible was 500 and I didnt want to spend that much. So I took it in and Dianna and Jay gave me a quote of $ 350 to fix my bumper (they said it was their special price for most cars). Not only was it perfect they actually took the whole bumper off and painted the whole bumper to make it brand new. Thank you

My car was hit from the back and it was a total mess. I spoke with my insurance company and told me to go to a shop associate with them. When i looked them up they only had 3 stars and was wondering why that shop. I did a lot research and found collision factory. All their revews were 5 stars and now i understand why. They were very honest and showed me what they need to replace. Not only that they are very knowledgeable and worked very well with my insurance company. The work is guaranteed for life and it came out perfect. Do your research before going to a DRP so many horror stories. Its your car make sure its safe to drive. I called Hassan to fix my Odyssey Van’s back bumper. I got the best job done by Larry and Jay. As if my bumper is as good as new. Well painted which matched my van’s color and also you can never tell there was a dent and a deep scratch before.
I highly recommend this place and also because of the good service, friendly, and good work.

Got the side of my car repaired after getting bumped in a parking lot. Great service, super friendly, great work. They aim to please. My car’s black which is really tough to paint match and they did a great job.

Hassan really cares about his customers! He makes sure that you are taken care of at an affordable price. We take all of our cars to him and he also has many options for loaner cars while yours is getting fixed that will be of easy transition. For example, he lent me a sedan and lent my mom a mid-​sized SUV for all the kids. He is very honest and accommodating! My car had a lot of paint chipped off on it on the front bumper/​hood and he touched it up and gave me the bottle of paint he used so I could have whenever I got anymore chips! So nice!!! Also, when we go into pick up our cars, the timing of being ready is accurate AND he takes our cars to the car wash on them! I wish I could give them 5+ stars!!!

Impressed! I got a recommendation from our service technician to come here. Diana, Jay, Larry are very friendly and the best. Brought my BMW in for several small scratches and also a cracked side skirt. It came back 100% perfect! It is pearl white so a little more difficult to match. The job was done a day early and every detail was taken care of, I would highly recommend.

Larry and the people at Collision completely exceeded my expectations. My car looks better that it looked when I purchased it used like new just a few years ago. The customer service was great. The work they did was even better. The car detail was the cherry on top! Hopefully I never get into another accident but if I ever do or know someone who does, I’m sending them to collision. OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE! Larry and Hassan really go over above to ensure quality service and repair in a very quick time frame. I needed my car repaired in two days (for a trip) and they got it done. Not only that, they cleaned my car vacuumed the seats, cleaned and washed the floor mats, and washed the outside. It looked BRAND NEW. I have already recommended Collission Factory to family, friends and business associates. If your car needs Collission repair, look no more, this is THE place to go in San Diego!

Larry was very professional and kind & did a great job repairing my minivan door. His quote came in $ 900 less than Caliber Collision who mistakenly told me they would need to order a whole new door instead of fixing a major dent. Larry was able to complete the repair while sticking to his original quote. It took a while to get it fixed but it was worth the wait because Larry made sure the paint job was a perfect match.

The owner «Hassan» is a genuine and trustworthy man and has a great team of experts.
We were treated with respect, the job got done right, quick, and we paid a very good competitive rate. All and all very satisfied with the service.

I managed to take my dad’s car to San Diego last weekend. On Saturday, the car had broken down. I managed to get it to the side of the road and called my insurance company to get roadside assistance.
The tow truck driver actually recommended this place to me. When we arrived, Hassan was very polite. He explained that because it was Saturday, his mechanic was off work and the car wasn’t able to be looked at until Monday. I was a little distraught, being so far away from home with a broken down vehicle. Luckily, Hassan offered to loan me a car for the weekend so I don’t lose out on the time spent out there.
I managed to enjoy most of the weekend, but was concerned with the outcome of the car. As it turns out, I did some pretty major damage. I was looking at a minimum of $ 1000 for the repairs, but he only charged me $ 430! Since he knew I was from up here, he topped off all fluids, changed the oil, and rotated tires to make sure the car was ready to come back.

I’ve been a customer of Collision Factory for many years now.
I’ve taken my car here for minor body work (scratches, dents) as well as for major body work when i got hit on my driver’s side and when my car got broken into.
Hassan and his team made the whole process stress free, after the last accident. My car looked better then before, with fresh paint, new widow. The car was cleaned and detailed. The prices and parts were very reasonable and repairs were done on time.
