I cant say enough about this company. Not only was the estimate good but they realized the damage I thought I had was not as bad and lowered the bill. They were prompt, professional, courteous and went above and beyond making sure every detail was addressed. We are in the midst of a complete remodel, inside and out and trust me it is rare to find a company and team that not only does a fantastic job but is also a pleasure to have on your property.

We called for an estimate. Date and time set.
Dwayne was a no show. Called Dwayne, his responce was he forgot.
New time and date set. Again no show.
We called back, response was he went camping.
We rescheduled again. Dwayne showed up.
After eaiting weeks for bid amount, we called Dwayne again.
Dwaynes response was je went camping again ???
If Dwayne ever shows up to a job, he does excellent work.
I would never use or recommend him.

Dwayne and his crew re-​stuccoed our home in Coronado and we are very pleased with their work. Dwayne, his foreman and all of the crew were always on time and actually completed the job a day or so early. We would highly recommend Dwayne Snider for any stucco or plaster project.

I called Dwayne for a quote and he called me back within 20 minutes on a Friday. Then he agreed to meet me same day. He was actually early. One point Dwayne. Then he gave me a better quote than a friend who was going to give me a «friends» discount for a small stucco patch. He beat my «friend» price by almost 50%! I immediately agreed to the quote and he set the work for the next day, a Saturday no less. We agreed upon first thing in the morning, 7:30 am just so my neighbors wouldn’t completely hate me. The contractor showed up… EARLY! He was there by 7:15. I was impressed. He was very engaging and was pleasant to discuss my job with. He had the job done by noon. From what I can gather, the work quality is fantastic. If I could dock half a star for leaving the site just a little messier than I would like, I might consider it. But in my case, more construction will be done in that area so it wouldn’t really matter anyway. Plus, the craftsman actually did a little extra work to make the job look just a little more complete by adding some stucco to a place that wasn’t originally discussed. I’ll write again in 6 months to update with the status of the patch. As of now, I would certainly call them again, and I would surely recommend them to anyone.

I had Dwayne and his team do some major stucco repair on my house in Del Mar just a few weeks ago. I’m a very particular person (engineer) and my home is large (6000sf). So I wanted top quality work that would pass my detailed inspection. In the first few days of the job I was so impressed with the workmanship that we doubled the size of the job and kept his team busy for almost 2 weeks.
Over this time I got to know Dwayne very well. He is absolutely one of the best guys I have ever met. He was sincere, upbeat, honest, and friendly. His team worked tirelessly to make my home look awesome again. Every single one on his team was hardworking, personable, and dedicated to top quality craftsmanship. It was truly refreshing to work with a contractor that cared about the quality of their work and was as friendly as Dwayne.
Dwayne and his team kept a neat, clean work area, and finished on-​time and below what we had originally estimated. I’m still amazed (in a good way) that people like Dwayne and his guys exist anymore. They are awesome. I’ve already recommended him to several friends and I would not hesitate to recommend him for top quality stucco work.
As an added bonus, Dwayne has a group of other trades (painters, roofers) that he works closely with and recommended to us. I ended up using his painter to paint the entire exterior of my house and had excellent results. Dwayne runs in a great crowd, so I definitely trust his referrals.

Stucco on our home was cracking and I had several estimates from painters, plus stucco repair was to expensive. They couldn’t tell me the cracks wouldn’t come back. Until Dwayne, he said no more painting for 25 years. The price was so low compared to other bids. My husband is 78, not able to do a lot of work. Dwayne had one workers come the next day to ready the house. The job took three days, and I have the look and texture I always wanted on the house. The men are pros and they work well together. I recommend them fully. In three days, our house looks better than new. This company does it the right way. You pay when it is finished.

I contacted Dwayne to come up from San Diego to San Clemente for some stucco repairs I needed on my house because his reviews were great. I was not disappointed! He worked with me to give me an estimate via photos I sent to him, understood I was under the gun and arranged to get me in the schedule quickly, finished the work when he said he would and left the job site cleaner than when they started! Not only that, but he went above and beyond and refinished a wall I had not even asked him to that had a large crack in it, along with a few other touch ups. Great Christian group of guys working on the job… friendly and committed to making you happy with their work! Great job!

Dwayne should call his company the ‘Stucco Angels’ since that is what they are! When other stucco guys simply would not show up, or just did not want the job, Dwayne and his wonderful crew (Leonard is so GREAT!) showed up, 2 minutes early, every day with big smiles, ready to work!
Price was fair and work was excellent! It seemed very important to Dwayne and his entire crew that we were very pleased when the job was finished.
Also, when I would call Dwayne on his cell phone, he ALWAYS picked up. What a refreshing change to have a tradesman NOT hide out in Voicemail!

Dwayne just did a re-​stucco job on our house and it came out amazing! Dwyane and his crew were very professional and honest; and the pricing was more than fair. They were able to complete the job on-​time and with no extra costs (even though there was a little bit of extra unforeseen work that needed to be done). I recently worked with Dwayne Roy Snider on a residential re-​stucco job for my boss, I was the project manager. I did some extensive research before I chose Dwayne’s company; I heard nothing but positive things about him and his workmanship, even from his competitors. Dwayne was quick to get me an affordable estimate, he was professional and pleasant to work with throughout the job. I am happy to recommend them!

We had Dwayne do a stucco project at our condo complex involving approximately 40 out of our 43 units. I’m an HOA board member and suggested the board get a bid from Dyane — this based on a project he did for me individually last year (I posted a 5-​star review of that job but it is filtered for some reason — you can see it if you enable filtered reviews). For the condo complex project, Dwayne had the best price and did a great job managing the project and completing it on time. The stucco work was excellent as I had expected.
But one disappointing aspect is his crew left a significant amount of paint and stucco splatters on my decorative walkway. I mentioned it to Dwayne via e-​mail several times and nothing was done about it. I’ve spent an hour on my hands and knees cleaning the walkway with a wire brush. So far, I am unable remove all of the splatters. This sloppiness and lack of response marred an otherwise stellar job.
I would still recommend Dwayne because he does excellent stucco work, but before you pay the bill, make sure the final cleanup is done to your satisfaction.

I needed some of the stucco on my house to be patched and I’m glad I hired Dwayne to do the job. He is friendly, honest, and clearly knows exactly what he is doing. He matched the color of my house perfectly and did an excellent job. I will call him again when I need more work and recommend his services to anyone else who needs help with stucco.
