I want to let everyone know how HONEST & GREAT this family owned auto repair shop is…
My 17yr old daughter saved up for a year to buy a car she found on CL. The transmission only lasted 18 days till the car physically died right in another auto transmission repair shop parking lot. The previous owner was well aware of this issue for 8 months before and sold the car at top dollar!
My daughter was so up set as she bought it to get back and forth from high school and her job. I was able to get some previous receipts from the owner prior to buying the vehicle.
So my daughter and I went down to Fleet and spoke with Luis and Carlos. THEY COULD NOT BELIEVE IT! THEY WERE TOLD BY THE OWNER HERSELF THAT SHE GOT RID OF THE CAR WHEN SHE TRADED IT IN FOR HER NEW HONDA ACCORD. ALSO THE RADIATOR HAD GONE OUT ABOUT 6 MOS BEFORE WE BOUGHT IT AND CARLOS TOLD US THAT HE REFUSED TO WORK ON THE CAR BECAUSE THE ISSUE WAS THE TRANSMISSION. And if he fixed the radiator she would be right back because the over heating was due to stress on the engine from a broken down inside transmission. So she took it else where to have the radiator fixed.
So all of this PROOF and documentation was given to us to take this crooked bitch who took all of my daughter savings and left her with a broken car AND LUIS AND CARLOS saved the day and helped my daughter and my self win in court due to their honesty!
This is the true meaning of good people you can trust and they are priced very fair.

My work van tranny dumped on me they gave me a great price and did the job quick, after this good experiance I brought My BMW in for new breaks, had a leak in tranny pan a few other items. They even through in fixing my window I just had to pay for the parts :) they always call you to let you know whats going on and explain everything very well so there’s no misunderstanding. If your looking for a good honest family owned mechanic business that will treat you fair this is the place. Thanks guys !

These guys are AMAZING! I have been going to this same spot now for over 5 years. They do great work for a great PRICE! They don’t nickel and dime you and they are honest and up front. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FLEET AUTO.

These guys rock! I had them convert my AC system over to 134a and do some straightening and fixing of my front grille. Not only did I get a much lower price than 3 other places I checked, but they finished on time and right on budget. Great attitude. Even checked the source of an oil leak for me. Just did what was expected, you say? Nowadays that is not so easy to get. And 2 months later that AC is working just fine! I like this outfit and recommend them.

These guys at fleet are awesome and trustworthy! Family owned shop and Carlos and his son’s are the best at what they do… I won’t ever have anyone else work on my car except for the guys at fleet especially junior, this guys is such a masterpiece at what he does. He is so detailed with his work and he treats every customer the same with honesty and respect! This shop is not about making that easy dollar they take pride in helping people out. I know it’s not cheap fixing a car when it need’s work but I give you my word that at Fleet you will be taken care of… These guys are simply just a honest family!!! Incredibly happy with the work these guys did. Thought initially they were going to bend me over and treat me like a prisoner much like every auto repair shop that I have to deal with. Usually a slight raping I can handle. I mean everyone needs to make some money, but these guys went above and beyond.
My wife destroyed the front end of the car in an accident while I was flying back from a business trip. The car was towed to this location. I am still not 100% sure on how it was chosen as our garage of choice is literally 100 ft from this location, but it ended up here. They initially quoted us $ 1850 for the entire job. I offered up cash and the price dropped, then we said just get it drivable and got it down to $ 1100. Carlos, the guy that we dealt with had it for a week and lo and behold when we got the car back it was in much better shape than we had anticipated. It has mismatch hood and grill and the like, some parts were thrown in for free and the only thing that really needs to be fixed on it is the oxygen sensor, which we will replace on our own.
Very content with the work these guys did. Could not be happier, maybe I found a new autoshop, not sure completely, but for right now Carlos and his crew at Fleet did a damn good job and I honestly am happy as a little clam. Now, I can spend the money I saved on driving lessons for the wife.

My story:
My ’94 car’s O2 sensors final gave out, 30,000 miles long past it’s due date… The AAA repairman who came to my rescue when my car wouldn’t start showed me a temporary quick-​fix but warned me I’d need to take it into the shop soon or else I’d encounter the same problem. He recommended Fleet, telling me to ask for Carlos or Luis explaining it was a family owned business and they’d get me squared away no problem. Paranoid I wouldn’t be able to start my car again in the near future I decided to bring my car to Fleet the next day (a monday). I called right when they opened and tried to explain my situation and asked if they could run a diagnostic and make sure what I think is the problem really IS the problem and what they could do for me; they guy on the phone said just come on in and they’ll be able to assess the situation, explaining as much as he could about what I thought was the problem over the phone and with what little info I had given him, seeing as how he didn’t have the car right in front of him.
I brought my car in the same day I phoned around 3pm, asked for a Carlos or Luis and said I had called earlier about my car’s sensors and Carlos saw me right away – directed me where to park, Luis drew up the authorization paperwork, and offered the waiting area to me.
My car was looked at within 15 – 20 min, I was approached again by Carlos with the problem identified, the exact parts, the prices of each, and the price the service would cost. He said, «I can order the parts today, they’ll be here around 5:30pm and once they get here I’ll start working on it right away, it should take no more than an hour, and we’ll get you out of here today.» I OK-​ed it, relieved I wouldn’t have to leave my car overnight because a lot of cars may have been brought in and waiting in line before mine. A little after 6:30pm Carlos came up to the waiting area and said I was all set, he drew up the bill and I was off on the road!
I’m not well versed in car service, parts, or cars in general so I couldn’t say whether the job took too long or if the parts were higher or lower than the average price…

I can’t expect them to wait on me hand and foot and do EXACTLY what I need WHEN I need it but they actually do.
I’ve been coming to them for years and years.
They’ve worked on a bunch of different cars of ours and they’ve always done a spectacular job. The ones that aren’t totaled on our behalf are still up and running just fine!
Focus, Spectra, Altima, Caliber, Mercedes, Volvo, Sebring. Shocker, three cars of mine were the ones that needed the most work.
We’ve had just about everything done through them at one point but opted out of getting the engine rebuilt for the Volvo. Bought a new car instead. Engine/​transmission mounts/​flushes, gauges, brakes, wheels, body work, upholstery, paint, transmission work, alternators, sensors, bearings, belts, and SO much more!
FAST, DEPENDABLE, FRIENDLY, AND AFFORDABLE.

Well… my car decided it hated me and died again a week after I had it fixed. Luckily for me, it decided to not function in my garage. But so much car trouble in a short amount of time. I had a head ache. Who knew those warranties would actually come in handy.
So I had to call up Fleet again to get some help. Luis checked it out and found out I had gotten a defective part (not anyone’s fault really, maybe manufacturing, but who would have known,) it was just my luck. It took a little while to get everything done since they had to get a new part for me but they were extremely helpful though the process.
It’s been a month now and more than 700 miles and everything is still a-​okay. *knock on wood*

The guys are at Fleet are real stand up. Its a family owned business and the owner Carlos is nothing short of professional. I took my 03 honda Pilot in to fix the transmission and the turn around was great. I got my car back quickly and even got a bit of a discount for paying with cash.
Bottom line: If your looking for a shop you can trust, this hardworking family-​owned outfit is a great option.
