At Focus Healing Arts it is our intention and desire to assist and to guide you in the direction toward your Truth; your Greatest and Highest Self. We incorporate a variety of healing modalities — hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, energy work, and more — to address the challenges your are currently facing, and the changes you want to make.

We are currently working out of the Soul Therapies Center in Clairemont, but are looking for another location further north. We also do sessions in-​home and via phone/​Skype.

Meet the Business Owner

Joe P.

Business Owner

Started in 2014, Focus began with one mission in mind: To help people discover and become their True Selves. Walking that same path, Joe applies his unique gifts, talents, and acquired skills to assist others to do the same.

Joe was born and raised in the Midwest, served in the military, traveled around the world, acted on the stage in Chicago and New York, taught high school for a decade and a half, and currently lives in San Diego with his beautiful wife and son.

Joe is a certified hypnotherapist, a certified massage practitioner, a certified EFT practitioner, a certified NLP (Neuro-​Linguistic Programming) practitioner and a certified Master Alignment practitioner. He also holds an MFA in fine arts/​theatrical performance.
