Highly recommend! Took my iphone 6 here after I dropped it. My screen was cracked and half of the led was all squiggly. They fixed it for less money than another place I had used previously and fixed it in half the time. Amazing job!

I had a mixed, but overall good experience with ‘Fones Gone Wild’.
After having the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S5 broken to the point where it no longer would turn on, I called a couple places for estimates for how much a repair would cost.
I explained that the screen had several big cracks on it, and that I could see the LED/​charger light turn on when I plugged my phone in, and that voice control worked when prompted but that nothing appeared on the screen.
They obviously get a lot of calls so the guy on the phone new exactly what I was talking about, and told me it was the LED screen on the phone and because it was the kind of phone I had, it would cost $ 160 for a refurbished replacement of the whole front screen of my phone. I thought that was super expensive as I’d read reviews with $ 40 repairs and stuff here.
I did end up calling a couple other places but this was by far the cheapest. Other shops quoted me $ 200+ and that they’d have to order the part, so I chose to come here.
My first visit was quick. I brought the phone in, was told it would be about 30 minutes so I went out to get some gas, a drink, came back and my phone was done! Great!
Repairs come with a 90 day warranty.
I was happy to have my phone back and working.
HOWEVER… a couple of days later, the screen started bugging out for a couple of hours and then completely blacked out, the way it wasn’t working when I brought it in.
I called back and told them what was going on, and was told to come back in.
My second visit, I was greeted by Stanley, who worked at the front and does sales. I was told that the guy who does repairs wasn’t in and that he couldn’t do the repair himself. I was a little upset because I was told to come in for the repair, and Stanley understood, so he got on the phone with his boss and asked if they had a loaner phone I could borrow, so I could have an actual phone with me to use while mine was being repaired (I was told that a new screen would have to be ordered and it would take a couple days) which I thought was fantastic!
Even better, they had a Sprint Galaxy S5 that I could use. I took it to sprint down the road to have it activated with my phone number for a couple days.
Two days went by and I was called to come pick up my phone, which was repaired. I was glad to finally not have to worry about it. I was told they were sorry for the inconvenience and was given a free phone case! Woo!
HOWEVER (pt.2)… I took it home and to work the next day. I was going to take a picture with the front camera and noticed that part of the screen was not glued down all the way, which resulted in a black edge to the top part of my camera when I went to take a picture.
I called them and was told to come back in and have it looked at.
They said that some of the adhesive had not stuck so they would have to take the screen off, put some more on it, and then have it set. It would take about an hour.
Long story short, they had the phone for about an hour and 45 minutes, and when they were done, they gave me another free case that holds the phone around the edges and asked me to keep it on for a couple of days while the adhesive set.
However, a couple of weeks later, the same thing happened. I don’t think the adhesive took, and now, if i’m not using of the cases they gave me, the black part comes back on my front camera.
It’s not too much of a problem, and I use it to remind myself that I probably need a new phone anyway, but it’d be cool if my phone went back to how it was before I brought it in :(
I didn’t want to come back though, I had already been in 3 times and it’s a bit out of my way and it’s almost not worth it.
IN CONCLUSION (to my longest review ever written haha):
They’re quick, less expensive than most other places and had great customer service (Particularly Stanley).
I’m glad they had the warranty and ultimately fixed my broken phone but it would’ve been nice to have it fully back to normal. Still, I’m happy to have it back at all. Plus the free phone cases were a cool bonus!
I don’t hope to –break my phone again and– come back haha but if I do, I’m glad I know about this place :)

Came here with my boyfriend and got both of our IPhone 6 screen fixed. Part of my screen occasionally worked so I brought it in again and they fixed the problem. They also have a free 30 day warranty. Customer service is great, prices are cheap, and they fix everything within an hour. Recommend this place? YES!

Found this business on Unilocal,came to fix a cracked screen iphone4.
$ 45 to replace it, I think its a reasonable
price. They speak spanish so I felt more comfortable explaining my phone issues. They are very helpful, friendly and efficient. Phone was fixed within 30 min since they weren’t that busy. Plenty of parking space and sitting area to wait.

My friend sat on his phone and shattered his phone screen. We took it in today and found that this place is waaaaaay cheaper than any other phone repair shops. Ned was super friendly and the service was quick. Happy with the results! I definitely recommend this place!

We picked up a reconditioned 5s and did repair on another iPhone. Prices are really good and Ned is is an old school service oriented salesman. We will defiantly use him again

Busted my iPhone 6 a week ago and was looking all around San Diego for a reasonable price for a glass repair. This was the best price you can get in town for an iPhone 6 glass repair.
Walked in and was greeted by Ned, and was helped right away. The overall wait time for my repair was probably 15 minutes.
I recommend this to anyone that needs a cellphone repair. Probably the best price you can find around town and they hold true to their 90 day warranty if anything goes unplanned.

If you need electronic repairs on you computers or smart phones Ned is your man! Reasonable prices and service with a smile!

Does anyone rate this business poorly?
This was my second time in and I got the exact thing fixed that I did the first time only a couple of months before, and they gave me a great deal, despite the fact that I am an iPhone assassin.
Prices are really good here, staff is skilled. I’ve only ever had Stan fix my phone but he always does a great job. Stan is the man, I’m a fan. Pretty lucky to have them literally across the street.
Of note: A grocery store with a great middle eastern deli is next door. Drop off your phone and then go have lunch (it’s good).
Lastly and most importantly: Smiles are free. Just ask Ned, he’ll give you one.

I came in in a Tuesday with a cracked phone, so bad to the point where my screen was black. I was ready for them to tell me that there was no luck in fixing it. I had called other places to get an estimate, all starting at 90!
Fones gone wild charged me $ 70 for fixing my screen and i got a free case and a screen protector that JARRED put. He was fast, efficient and had great customer service. I left with the biggest smile on my face. Will be going back whenever I do damage to my phone.
