Fresh Healthy Vending was established in 2010 under CEO Jolly Backer in order to meet the growing demand for healthy vending products.

Meet the Manager

Art B.

Manager

Art B. was named our and FHV International’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer on October 1, 2014. From May 2014 to September 2014, he oversaw our financial and accounting departments in a consultant capacity. Art B. has been a Managing Partner of Ameritege Technology Partners, a boutique private equity firm located in San Diego California, since February 2002. Art B. has been a principal at Rudy Biscuit, Inc. in Buena Park, California, an overstock merchandise liquidation business, since March 2011. Previously, Art B. was also a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young LLP.

Our office added a healthy vending machine and our employees love it. They have a good selection and decent prices. I love that we can change out what they stock us with just by asking. The app is very helpful and convenient for those busy days at work when you just cant get away. Plus our stock driver is always professional and helpful.

We have one of these vending machines at our office. Very affordable and saves me a trip to a convenience store. Everything I’ve tried tastes great and all the dry goods that are offered are fantastic!
This thing has been very helpful and it takes credit cards. You can even have them email you a receipt!

The Fresh Healthy Vending machine provides plenty of healthy, delicious options like snacks, drinks, and even heat and eat lunches. They even take requests. Some of my coworkers have requested specific items to be added to the snack offering and the items showed up within a week. The vending machine is well maintained and stocked regularly. I’m glad my company decided to add this to our workplace.

I was super stoked when I started with my new company (Welk Resorts) to learn that we have a Fresh Healthy Vending machine in our break room! There are a ton of great, healthy options for when I forget my breakfast/​lunch or need an extra pick-​me-​up. The «mini-​store» is always fully stocked, to include protein bars and refreshing, but healthy drinks. No cash needed — there’s a simple credit card payment option via a touch-​screen checkout application.
This is a really great addition to our break room and is appreciated by all employees!

My company installed a Fresh Healthy Vending machine this summer. It’s been a lifesaver between meals or at 3:30pm when you need a little pick me up. It has healthier options and then things like Doritos, beef jerky and soda because you need those options too for a balanced diet. Like über, your credit card info is pre-​loaded on your account, then you have the app open every time you need to pay. At first we had a few issues with the scanner, but they were resolved quickly and did not interrupt our snack grabbing experience. Once you get the hang of the process (scan the snack, then scan the app to pay), you’ll love it! They do have cameras so don’t try to steal!

We have one of the vending machines at my job and they offer a large variety of food/​drinks/​snacks. The best part is that you can use your credit card because I hardly ever carry cash. On the days when I don’t bring lunch to work I don’t have to worry about leaving to go get food. I can just go downstairs and get a complete meal

Fresh Healthy Vending is a great food delivery service with delicious foods.
It’s stocked with healthy snacks, And they ask you what what you like and more importantly what you don’t like.
You’re able to provide feedback and guidance to your account representative too.
The food is a nice healthy service that’s convenient.
The delivery service is reliable. Whenever there is an issue with the machine which is very rarely someone is always out right away to assist.
The bags are durable holding the food and storing them properly.

My company uses Fresh Healthy Vending & its worth it. There are plenty of food trucks in the area that I work in, but what if you forgot to bring cash? Fresh Healthy Vending is card only, so it makes it that much more convenient. Also, if you don’t see something you like, you can make requests for them to add it to the options. I recommended Kit Kat Bars and the next week they were available for purchase.

The breakroom at Commonwealth just added one of these vending machines and it is amazing! the best part is they have an app for your phone so even if you don’t have any cash on you, you can still get a snack!!!

We were all so excited when we heard about the new vending machine coming to the office. The Fresh Healthy Vending machine gives us plenty of delicious options like snacks, drinks, and even heat and eat lunches. I really like how you can request snacks as well. I asked for Quest Bars, and they showed right up! The vending machine is also a lot better looking than your standard machine. Much more modern and clean-​looking.

I was SO happy to see a vending machine go in with healthy options! It’s so refreshing to see fresh salads, sandwiches and protein bars to choose from. I admit, I like that there are also «not so healthy» options like candy and chips, but we all have to splurge sometimes. I also appreciate the card option as I never carry cash. Very satisfied. :)

It’s really great having something better than a vending machine at work. The sandwiches seem a bit expensive for what they are, but it’s the convenience you’re paying for! My only big negative is that the iOS payment app for their credit card iPad kiosk seems to be down a lot. Thankfully, we’re allowed to take what we want and pay later with the used packaging.

I must say this vending machine has been a big hit in our office. It’s great when you get a quick afternoon pick me up and don’t want to drive anywhere… another great thing is you can use your card, so no fishing for coins! Aside from the ever popular chocolate to help you get through the afternoon, there are healthy options as well, such as organic no sugar added iced teas, salads, and natural sodas. Our station always stays well stocked and they can even accommodate requests if you don’t see your favorite snack in the case. Highly recommend!
