Greg made our small birthday party super fun. He not only played all of the songs I submitted in advance but added in other songs that fit in perfectly. His website is easy to use for confirming dates/​times, song list submissions, and payment. He made accomodations for the indoor-​outdoor arrangement. He was very down to earth and approachable when friends wanted to request songs. Would dedinitely use him again and recommend him to friends.

I had my son’s Bar Mitzvah this weekend and we were lucky to find Greg! He’s super genuine and patient. He listens to your input and is very careful to get all details right! The kids had a blast. He kept it age appropriate, kept the night moving flawlessly, and did a great job at keeping the kids dancing! I even asked for party pampers/​dancers and he found two amazing dancers that kept the party going and had the kids following their moves! It was so great! This was a celebration my son will never forget thanks to Greg!

We hired Greg for our wedding 10÷09÷15 at Green Gables. He did a FANTASTIC job. He performs the ceremony live with his guitar and DJs the reception. You are able to pick instrumental or with singing because he sings too! He has a great voice and is very talented.
He has a easy to use website for the couple. On the website you do everything; enter must-​play songs, do not play songs, what song you want played as your first dance, etc.
He is very accommodating and easy to work with.
Greg calls a few days before the wedding to finalize details.
Price is very very competitive especially for the quality of work and experience that Greg has. Everyone was on the dance floor and having a great time. I didn’t have to micro-​manage and pick a hundred songs for him to play. He knows what he is doing and played crowd pleasers. Greg would let us know what was coming up next throughout the night, which I thought was so considerate and professional. Thank you Greg.

Greg is incredible and saved our wedding in so many ways! When somehow both our planner and our venue failed to have a working audio system for our beach ceremony (so we had no sound after I walked down the aisle) it was GREG that somehow got audio working so everyone could hear the second part of the ceremony (which was not supposed to be his job at all).
He happily learned the song I wanted to walk down the aisle too and created THE BEST dance party for our wedding. No one ever stopped dancing. He took all my requests but also just knew how to make a great party. We never thought our wedding would be a non-​stop dance party but because of Greg, it was. He played songs for the older crowd, remembered little details of what I wanted, but also did his own thing and that’s what made the night so special.
If you don’t use Greg at your wedding you are crazy. In fact, I wish I had used Patricia who works with Greg as a coordinator instead of who I used, because G Sharp just really knows what they are doing.

Looking for a DJ for your wedding can be stressful. You hear stories of songs getting mixed up and so much more than could really ruin your special day. My wife and I met up with Greg and from the minute we met him we knew we wanted him to DJ our wedding. When we found out he could play the guitar and sing our songs down the aisle we really knew we were lucky to find him.
We booked Greg as soon as we could. His website for your song list is awesome. It was so easy to pick songs he had in his library or request songs he didn’t have. All his layouts for your time line worked out great.
The day of our wedding came and hearing Greg play and sing our songs was amazing. When it came time for him to DJ the reception everything was perfect. The right songs at the right time. So organized with announcing everyone and very natural. Greg is an awesome musician, DJ, and person. Look no further if you’re looking for a DJ… you just found him!

Greg did an awesome job on music for our ceremony & reception. The dancefloor had perfect vibes all night. He was responsive, professional and extremely helpful leading up to and during the event. With all the craziness of planning a wedding, it was a huge relief to have DJ/​musician who was on top of all the details.

What happened???

I can’t say enough GREAT things about G Sharp! Especially Greg and Patricia. We just had our wedding on Saturday and it went perfectly, without a hitch because of Patricia and her thoughtful planning and execution. Could not have done this without her! She was always on top of her game.
Greg…can’t say enough great things about him too. He, along with a violinist played during our ceremony. Greg then played guitar and sang for our cocktail hour and then dj’ed the rest of the night. EVERYBODY LOVED him and his music choices! It was just great. The instrumental music playing at the ceremony was so beautiful. I walked down the aisle to Canon in D and it made me choke up when I heard it come on.
We also got the photobooth with the Diamond package. The photobooth attendant was super nice and friendly. He even held copies of our pics so that we didn’t have to potentially lose them and such. You also get copies of all photobooth pictures on a USB at the end of the night!
I can’t say enough great things about this company and if I could give more stars, I would. Thanks for making our wedding so beautiful and amazing.

Thank you G-​Sharp for making our wedding day so special! DJ Pat was awesome! He was great to work with — easy going, super upbeat and willing to make things happen at a moment’s notice. The dance floor was packed all night long. I even had guests message me the next day saying how great the DJ and music was!
The online platform and payment system G-​Sharp uses was easy to manage and made me feel reassured that everything I hoped would take place at the wedding was on point and on time.

Two words: Absolutely Fantastic! I would highly recommend Greg for pretty much any event where you need music. He played acoustic guitar for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour, and DJ’ed for our reception and people were on the dance floor from beginning to end. We even had friends at the wedding ask if he traveled so he could play at their wedding!
He was incredibly professional, listened to what we wanted and executed flawlessly! We would absolutle recommend him to any of our family and friends and could not have been happier that he was at our wedding.

I would highly recommend this company. We were lucky enough to get Pat Hilton as our Dj for our party. He played the guitar and sang for our guest too. He was so easy to get to know and really made our party amazing! He was entertaining and fun! All of our guests were so impressed with him! People are still talking about how great he was. Pat is truly talented and such a cool guy! I would most definitely, without a doubt, use him again in the future! He does not disappoint!!!

Greg and Patricia from GSharp are awesome and did an absolutely fantastic job at our wedding at La Valencia! As our wedding coordinator, Patricia was a pleasure to work with and she greatly helped us with all of the details of our ceremony and reception. She brought up details that we never would have thought of and made sure our reception timeline was perfect. She also had excellent ideas for some of the activities during our reception. The day of the wedding she was completely on top of everything that was happening and she had everything under control. My husband’s suit ended up missing a button and she actually had a sewing kit with her and fixed the problem right away! We felt much better knowing she was there coordinating and helping with everything the day of our wedding. Everything went perfectly! We really appreciated her hard work and she was great to work with!
Greg did an absolutely amazing job during our ceremony and reception. He played acoustic guitar while we walked down the aisle which was so beautiful and he played acoustic and sang during our cocktail hour which everyone loved! He is an amazing musician. During our reception while DJing, he did an excellent job keeping everything high energy, fun and flowing perfectly. We even had a special request for our reception which he was happy to do and did an excellent job. We also rented a photobooth through GSharp along with props which all of our guests really enjoyed. We received a CD with all of the photobooth pix which were really fun for us to go through.

We found Greg through Unilocal!My now-​husband did some research and Greg was the first DJ/​Musician that stood out for him. When we met Greg, we knew right away that he was the perfect DJ for our wedding. He was so easy-​going and seemed to get us, and our vision, right away.
We purchased a package including uplighting, gobo, DJ/​emcee services (including microphone), sound set up, club lighting, and even a fog machine. My husband and I deferred to Greg’s knowledge about the colors and placement of all equipment. He definitely nailed it. The red uplighting was perfect with our colors and the GOBO was beautiful. A number of guests were stunned by it.
We also purchased a 4 hour photo booth session for our wedding. We were so happy to support G Sharp’s new venture, and it was a big hit. All the guests had a great time taking photos, and Greg sent a CD with all the pictures afterwards. The photo booth included props, color/​BW/​Sepia toned photos, the CD, and an attendant.
G Sharp has a portal, where we could put in the schedule and the music choices we wanted. This was great, and helped focus on what we wanted the most.
During the ceremony, Greg seamlessly intertwined our music choices, which were very eclectic. We would have loved to have him play our music, but I was particular about the song I wanted to walk down the aisle to, and it was a piano version. The music helped make our ceremony exactly what we wanted.
During the reception, he played the perfect mix. We didn’t give Greg a lot to go on, other than, «we really like Pitbull.» Ugh, I was so worried that we were going to get Mr. Worldwide all night, but he took from our list of choices, and created a mix of music that included many different genres, and kept the dance floor going all night long. This, more than anything, tells me that Greg has a great skill of understanding his clients and constantly reflecting on what is working for a group of people. He is a very talented DJ and I highly recommend his company.

I can’t say enough good things about G Sharp! Greg and Pat are the best! Greg was absolutely wonderful to work with in terms of booking and logistics for my wedding. Pat (who did live music for cocktail hour then DJ’d my wedding reception) was amazing! He is so easy to work with and kept the party so high energy everyone was on the dance floor! I had countless guests tell me how good the music was! Pat did a great job of mixing in all my «must play» songs with other great party tunes. I would HIGHLY recommend to any couple planning a wedding to hire G Sharp!

Ok I guess I just love everyone from my wedding but everyone was awesome, I promise!
Greg was great. He kept the energy level high and created a fun environment for my wedding on Sept 20 at the Bahia Hotel. I added an hour kinda late in the game and he was great about it.
We added on the photo booth from him as well and the booth was very nice, high end, and super fun for the kids and the drunks later on in the night. I am glad we did that!
He also was great with throwing ideas out there, as I was confused about song choices. He gave a lot of options and as someone who isn’t really opinionated this made it easier to make choices about songs. Very good on guitar. Very intuitive dj.

Greg was the DJ for our wedding in San Diego at Marina Village. Thanks to him the party kept going even when there was just a few of us left! I heard nothing but great things about the music (he played acoustic during the ceremony and cocktail hour, and then DJed the rest of the night). I have a rowdy bunch, and he effortlessly and graciously went with the flow. He even played every single request, which made everyone very, very happy. He is highly accommodating.
Aside from his talent as a musician and a DJ, Greg is super easy to work with. He’s organized and responsive, and makes you feel like he’s you’re favorite client every time you talk to him. And, what may be the most important, Greg is a super genuine guy (unlike the typical DJ, he has zero ego).
I HIGHLY recommend Greg for any event, especially for a group that loves to dance. He was the absolute best.

Greg absolutely nailed our wedding. It was a pretty complicated affair… we had a medieval wedding and during the cocktail hour we had several games for our guests to play in preparation for an archery tournament between the groom and groomsmen at the reception. The tournament itself involved our entrance, each bridesmaid adorning each groomsman with a sash, the men walking down to the field, the actual competition, and crowning the victor. We wanted music basically for all of it — and even my husband (who was very vocal about not even wanting a DJ) commented on what an outstanding job Greg did. He played awesome and festive music at all the right times that totally set the mood and did a great job of fanfare music and trumpets sounding during the tournament.
His other musical selections were fantastic as well. After a discussion with him on some of the more specific music choices for the ceremony and other events I ended up letting him pick a lot of those songs himself. I am SO glad I did this — not only was it a huge relief not to worry about those small details but WOW he totally exceeded my expectations. The music he chose for the ceremony was breath taking.
Music selections aside, Greg deserves so much credit for making sure everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding. He made sure everything happened at the right time. He provided microphones for the officiant and ceremony, the speeches, and the person who narrated our tournament — all of that went so smoothly because of his cues and preparation. He also took a trip to the venue with me beforehand in order to be fully prepared on the day of.
And even though we had so much going on during the reception (half of our guests were in line to use the bow and arrow and the other half were at the photo booth) he managed to keep people on the dance floor right up until the last minute.
Throughout the whole process he was professional and always responded quickly. I give him a glowing recommendation!
