Awesome experience there today. Went in and employees were nice and courteous. Got what I wanted plus an extra item and membership renewal for the sweet deals. Will come back again.

I stopped in on my lunch break to pick up a surprise gift for my boyfriend. I went online and reserved a dual shock 4 in magma red for pick up. I walked in and was greeted right away. My item was held at the front register and Nate helped me find a joystick cover for my boyfriend’s worn out dual shock controller. He recommended a set that he personally uses. He also took the time to talk about items that were coming out for fall out, pop dolls and gave some great recommendations for gaming head phones for the PS4. Great customer service at this location. I got everything I needed and more with time to spare on my lunch break. Coming back here for future gifts and items for myself at this location.

Horrible customer service! Everyone was on the phone and we waited in line for 15 minutes until my husband asked a guy if we could be rung up real quick. He said you’re next hold on. Seriously?!? We are paying customers. Tell the person to hold and ring us up really quick. We won’t be shopping at this location anymore.

Mia and Josh are the best! After a mishap at the Chula Vista store and then a frustrating call to the Upland store and an even more frustrating call to corporate and holding for 38 min they fixed everything in a matter of minutes! They are the epitome of customer service! They multi-​tasked so that none of the other customers in the store were inconvenienced by my questions. Kudos team, kudos!

Gamestop is an awesome place to save some cash if you enjoy gaming. This location is in the Mission Valley mall and has more foot traffic than other locations I’ve been too. The selection is always pretty good, new and used. Customer service is hit and miss though I find the staff is usually professional and welcoming. Sadly, it’s a very small store and the wait to checkout is very slow at times. Overall, I find this Gamestop very convenient and well maintained. The 7 day refund policy for used games is unmatched by other companies. However, the slow service and small size of this location takes away from its potential but it’ll always be a great place to get games so definitely head over there if you’re looking for something to play on your game console.

Don’t bother trading in your games for store credit — you will get jipped.

Slowest service I’ve ever experienced. Could not understand how it can take so long just to ring people’s purchases. 10 – 12 people in line and I waited literally 30 mins.

Just not a good Gamestop. The service sucks, the selection is bad and it’s always crowded.
