As a people person with telemarketing experience, inside sales was the most natural role for Gerardo to step into when he left construction management and entered the real estate industry in 2012. As he became more comfortable with the language of sales and the KW culture he realized that being licensed and starting his own team was the most logical step. As a highly driven people person, he treats all his clients like family and is the heavy weight fighter in the ring when it comes to negotiating.
