After launching and selling a company and earning accolades as a top sales professional at three companies (Enterprise Car Rental, Bridgepoint Education and Milieu Networks), Dave realized he needed to pursue his passion for real estate – helping other people while creating a career worth having, a business worth owning and a life worth living. Upon seeing that Keller Williams Realty shared this business philosophy, he joined the team and has never looked back.

The market was in horrible shape as Dave embarked on his real estate career, but he saw that as an opportunity to help people in distressed situations and gain loyal clients for life. Since then, the Versa Team has become a top San Diego real estate resource, buoyed by a «by-​referral-​only» business model, dedication to exceptional customer service, and commitment to being a market leader.

Dave is active in the community and has received a number of accolades for his work.
