Our team has been planning large scale events for over a decade in Los Angeles and San Diego. From non-​profit fundraisers to lavish weddings, our team has planned it all.

I love helping others get organized and plan the event of their dreams. No matter how big or small, I am there to ensure that the day will come together beautifully.

Planning thousands of events for amazing, natural brands has taken up a lot of my time for the last decade, but I have also made time to help plan some fantastic events for local nonprofits and for some awesome individuals celebrating huge moments in their lives.

From fundraisers to weddings, baby showers to anniversary celebrations, I am here to help you enjoy your beautiful event and leave all the stress of planning behind. I take on very limited clients, so that I can give you my focused attention and help make your vision an awesome reality.

I truly love bringing events together and I don’t want to lose the magic and get burnt out. I keep things fresh and fun and am passionate about each event I take on, immersing myself fulling into my client’s vision.

Heather is an absolutely incredible wedding coordinator and planner, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. My husband and I got married in Malibu this April, and what we wanted certainly wasn’t simple — a Western/​Indian fusion wedding (complete with two officiants and a very unique ceremony), entirely outdoors, with nearly 200 guests in attendance. From the beginning, Heather listened carefully to what we wanted and worked with us to make our vision a workable reality. We had extensive planning calls, in which she suggested vendors, ways to save money, and alerted us to concerns I would have never thought of myself — and then suggested solutions. She created detailed timelines for all our vendors and all members of the wedding party, developed event maps for the layout of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and deftly handled logistical issues. I also really appreciated how she let us do most of the dreaming and planning, but then seemed to know exactly when to step in and take the reins when the day was coming up and as my fiancé and I were getting overwhelmed. She is professional and knows her industry, but most importantly she treated our wedding like the unique event it was, applying her expertise to give us suggestions that would make our event exactly what we hoped for. When we had crises (weather! shuttle schedule changes! time constraints!) she handled everything professionally and coolly, and it was because of her that everything ran smoothly. In short, she put an incredible amount of time and energy into our wedding, and I am forever grateful to her. Hire her and your event will be in good hands — she’s simply the best!

Heather is a godsend. My wife and I have her to thank for our fantastic, well-​polished wedding ceremony and reception. We were recently married at the Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens at Liberty Station, San Diego – a beautiful and unique venue that she, herself recommended to us.
I could easily write pages about the detail and attention that Heather put into our event, over the course of our six month engagement. For ease of those reading this review, I will keep things to the point. Principally, I echo what one of the previous reviewers said, which is that Heather is the most detail oriented, charismatic, and genuinely caring event planner that I have ever met. While we would have been lucky to have had a planner that had high intelligence, or strong work ethic, or attention to detail; we were blessed to have Heather – the entire package.
To extrapolate on the above, we relied on her heavily for guidance and advice. Of course, it was our first and last wedding, so experience was not on our side. She provided easy-​to-​understand, robust lists over every consideration imaginable; each complemented by her insightful and well-​considered recommendations. Everything from groomsmen and bridesmaids, to invitations, to you name it – she thought of it.
Something else worth mentioning, an essential quality that shines through very clearly with Heather, is that she knows how to do quality, but she will always keep cost effectiveness in mind. A great example is our wedding cake. We could have easily spent thousands of dollars on a run-​of-​the-​mill cake at one of the many bakeries in San Diego. Instead, she recommended a hidden San Diego gem, a mom-​and-​pop bakery that has been delicately crafting delicious wedding works of art for nearly 100 years. They brought the cake out of our imaginations and into reality; all for a fraction of what we would have paid anywhere else.
I could go on and on, but I’ve probably said enough already to give you a taste of her capabilities and warm, friendly, deliberate personality. If you would like to know more about her and our experience with her business, please feel free to message me.

Oh noo I’m not the First to Review! That’s ok… let’s get back into this Unilocal game, shall we?
First, let’s start with the fact that Heather at TEP knows what she’s doing. She’s been in the business for a while. I’ve been involved and attended events she’s thrown and organized and I wish I were that organized. And also, party planning seems fun. What makes her so great is that she’s almost obsessed with this.
Second, Heather’s a local. She hails from sunny San Diego and has spent a good chunk of her life in lively Los Angeles! I think those are two major areas requiring a local planner.
From galas, to fundraisers, to weddings and other large but personalized events like baby showers, bridal showers, or anniversary parties, I highly recommend Heather at Temecula Event Planner. She adds a touch of cheerfulness and order to your occasion and, like the others will attest to, makes it all about you – literally a client per month.

I cannot recommend an event planner more highly! Heather did a wonderful job coordinating my special event. She is professional and very open to suggestions. She seemed to really know what I was looking for and listened to suggestions I had (even my crazy ideas!) She kept in touch with me throughout the process, and made sure all elements of the elements came together without me having to worry about it. She gave me a reasonable estimate in the beginning and kept within my budget, which I supremely appreciated. If you’re looking for a coordinator, Heather Fier is your gal!
