I have consulted with Ben multiple times over the last two years. He helped drain my pool as well as fixed some of our pool equipment. Ben has always given us a fair price for all he has done and followed up afterwards.
I have now decided to have him maintain our pool and spa and it is looking great! I definitely would recommend his services.

I recently noticed a leak near the discharge pipe in my pump. I called up Levy and he was able to replace the pipes
where the leak occurred very fast. I would recommend Levy as he very knowledgeable on the issue and provided a fast resolution. Thanks for the assistant much appreciated.

I recently moved into an older home with an older pool. With my busy work life I have had nothing but problems from the start keeping it running properly. I called a big pool company I found on the internet to come service it. They were terribly expensive and I think they did more harm than good. One of my friends recommended Levy’s pools. Fast response and excellent work. Did filter cleaning in order to improve water pressure. Had a heater issue. The first tech who had come though not an expert in heater issues, did a great job in troubleshooting the problem.

We’ve been working with Ben Levy now for a few months since we bought our new house and he saved our pool! It was a disaster and none of the equipment was working properly but he tuned us up, cleaned us up, and now our pool is kept pristine! Ben Levy was called when our client had received bad advice and was really in a bind because rent paying tenants had become understandably agitated. Ben went out of his way to solve the issue quickly and at a very good price.
Our tenants are content and we appreciate it.

I came back from a 2 wk vacation to find my spa completely off. Somehow the circuit breaker tripped which shut the spa down and the water was left standing. Needless to say it was a big mess with algae beginning to grow all over. I called Levy’s Pools & Spa and spoke with Ben Levy. I found him to be attentive and pleasant to talk with on the phone. We made arrangements and he came by to check it out. He assessed the condition of the spa then returned the next day to complete the job. He would’ve started the first day but it was more of a mess than he anticipated. Ben did a fantastic job and even provided advice on how to better maintain the spa. I had him purchase some new supplies to help with the task and he brought them when he came to do the cleaning. I have no hesitation recommending Ben. His services were very reasonably priced too. If you need service for your pool or spa, I would definitely call Levy’s Pools and Spa.

Great pool service; I’ve had over 5 different pool companies in the last few years and this company is the best by far… the service is quick, fair and they are always willing to work with my schedule and respond to any emergencies or problems I have right away. I would recommend them to anyone looking for pool/​spa service, repair or even general questions :)

We had an upcoming pool party the beginning of fall and a part of the preparation was to get our pool in order as the theme was a «Pool Party». We did not want to use our usual pooling cleaning service company because the extent to which we wanted the job to be done to facilitate he patrons of the party. I made a search online for pool cleaning service and found one and decided to call them. This was two weeks before the day of the party and we made not one but two appointments with this coming and up to today they did not show up at our home. I made a third call to see what happen to the two appointments, we got lousy excuse that workmen could not find out location and they are overwhelmed with work. I was very furious and frustrated at this time because the day of the party was near. I decided to use my previous pool cleaning service ad they did an extremely outstanding job. Your follow up service is highly ridiculous and poor and I am not even sure why you guys are still in operation. No recommendation will be given.

Ben Levy has serviced our pool for over a year since we moved to a home in 4S Ranch. We have been very pleased with the quality of his work. He is reliable, honest, and prices competitively.

I would beware of Ben Levy pools. The guy always makes you feel like he is doing you a favor while not maintaining your pool. It took him over one year to diagnose an air leak problem with our pool. All the while he was billing us for extra filter cleans and blaming it on everyone else but his lack of pool knowledge. It was a simple air leak that turned & our pool into one with filter media always on the bottom.
He took payment for a month of pool service not provided and refused to refund for services not provided. After many phone calls to him and him telling us he would refund us… NOW TELLS US TO Shut the «four letter word» up & take him to court. NICE INTEGRITY BEN…
STAY FAR AWAY FROM BEN LEVY POOLS

I called Ben yesterday because I’m having some problems with the pump for my spa. He was unavailable to come out quickly, so instead he gave me some advice over the phone. I was quickly impressed with Ben’s willingness to help and his clear explanation. The problem was not able to be fixed over the phone, but Ben is going to come check it out as soon as he is available. His friendly attitude and clear experience makes me look forward to working with him.

I’ve been using Levy Pools to clean my pool and hot tub for almost 3 years now. Like the other reviewers have noted, things are always on time, done to completion, and completely satisfactory. Not really much more I can say. I’ve had no complaints in 3 years… so 5 stars all the way.
